First I would like to thank this Church's franchise for helping me give up fast food for good. I just moved in the area a few months ago and every now and then I will treat myself to a chicken diner because I otherwise eat healthier. I have been to this restaurant about 4 times over the last couple months and they never have everything I want. In fact I brace myself when I go through the drive thru for them to tell me something on my order is not available. Either they don't have anymore, they have to cook it or whatever. Today was no exception. I ordered 3piece mixed original, and specifically asked for two wings and a leg. They only had one wing original and a spicy. If I wanted both original I would have to wait for it to be cooked. Then I asked for an apple pie. Again, had to wait on it to be cooked. I also ordered peppers to go with the meal. After ordering and verifying the order no less than three times, I get to the window, pay for the order, get the order and no peppers. I checked my order and the peppers weren't there. When i bought this to the attention of the cashier, I got a look of bewilderment; he then said he didn't charge me for them. He then asked if I still wanted them. I said I ordered them the first time so of course I want them. He proceeds to snatch my credit card. I didn't snap; I stayed cool because this idiot didn't realized that I carry a weapon and I didn't want to get jammed up behind a knucklehead with a GED. Anyway I get home, the only part of the meal that was hot was the mashed potato side. The two wings were luke warm at best and the leg was cooked hours before. This place is by far the worst fast food place I've been to and has provided me the encouragement to give up fast food altogether and most especially Church's. To the cashier whom took my order, perhaps your manager will move you to fries because you can take orders worth a damn. If I could give this place a quarter star, I wold have been...

I'll begin by saying that giving a review on churchslistens.com is a waste of time. Churchs are franchised out (since 2017) and do not have a corporate office to escalate issues with. I don't have a receipt because I couldn't make an order. At 9:20pm on August 30th, I waited behind a vehicle for 7 minutes as they made their order. I be pulled forward and was immediately informed that they're closed. I then asked, "is it because you're out of product or do I not have your closing time right? I'll look it up again.. yeah 10pm.. the car in front of me ordered... Can I please place an order?" Again, "were closed" I tried to call and talk to a manager, but the number online is incorrect. I called another store to find out how to escalate my concerns and apparently this location is no stranger to complaints, especially with their phones being down. I can understand being short staffed or running out of fresh product, but I cannot empathize with bad customer service. Had I been treated like a person, this review would not have been published.. however being treated as if I was wasting someone else's time (while they're paid to serve) is where I feel attention needs to be drawn and action needs to be taken. Honestly.. 1 star is too many and I regretfully leave the 1 as I'm able to hopefully create attention and cause a change...
Read moreI normally am not one to complain about food or service. The food service industry is tough and the folks working in it go largely unappreciated. However, my experience at this Church's was awful. The young lady working the drive through gave me my order of 4 boneless wings. When I opened the container, it looked like a quarter and an eighth of a chicken strip. I know it didn't happen, but it looked like someone too a bite out of the quarter of a strip. I know it was just over $3 for 4 boneless wings, but I thought I had gotten someone's order they had eaten and I got their leftovers. The young woman working the drive through was complaining loudly to someone she was on a video call with about me bringing the "boneless wings" back. She then complained even louder that she wanted to go home and did not want to be there. She then tossed her drivethrough headset on the counter and said she was going to the restroom. I can relate because I have had countless jobs where I was underpaid and overworked. Sometimes being an adult is tough. Sometimes your day sucks and you just want to go home. Unfortunately, those days you just have to suck it up and get on with your day with a smile and vent to someone after. This was a shame because I have eaten here a few other times and it was...
