I’ve been coming to this restaurant since the day it opened—it quickly became a favorite for my family. Whether we came for a meal or just to grab some ice cream, it was always a great experience.

Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. I’ve now given it five chances, hoping each time that maybe it was just an off day. But whether I’ve ordered takeout or dined in, the food is consistently cold and excessively greasy—nothing like it used to be.

The service has also declined. Asking for a correct order feels like an inconvenience to the staff. The same woman who’s usually outside taking raspado orders seems visibly unhappy to be there, often rolling her eyes at customers.

The last straw for me was finding a hair in my ice cream—right after I had already pointed out that it wasn’t even the flavor I ordered. She refunded my money but didn’t offer to fix the issue or apologize.

On this most recent visit, I ordered a large ceviche, but they brought out a small one instead. When I questioned it, the cashier acknowledged the mistake, but the staff member just said, “Tell them we don’t have large” instead of offering a solution.

I just left from ordering there, wouldn’t go there again based off customer Service. I came in ordered tacos and flautas. Shortly after, another two people came in ordered after me then we proceeded to wait some more, they called an order up and I thought it was mine because i ordered before everyone else that came in after me. The lady says it’s for the lady that just ordered. Mind you, she ordered there at the restaurant NOT an order pickup. So I was confused as to why she got her food before us, especially when it was the same food. The lady who got her food was making a situation about her food and there was SEVERAL workers standing around, while that was going on there was more orders coming out that were ready. After that dispute another guy came in, and the lady who took our order who was supposed to be giving us our food starts making conversation with him for a bit while the orders are just sitting there. She then decided to FINALLY do her job and give us our order. I was very disappointed by the urgency they failed to have, even with giving them a tip you would think they’d have a bit better customer service.
