Crumbl Cookies – Champions Location is Perfection!

If you have a sweet tooth, you absolutely have to stop by Crumbl Cookies in Champions. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the warm, buttery smell of freshly baked cookies that instantly makes you smile. The shop is bright, clean, and inviting exactly what you’d expect from a place serving up such indulgent treats.

The cookie selection changes weekly, and that’s part of the fun! This visit, we grabbed a box of their famous Milk Chocolate Chip (always a classic), the Churro, the Peanut Butter Brownie, and the over the top Cookie Dough Delight. Each cookie was massive, perfectly baked crispy on the edges, soft and gooey in the center and absolutely delicious.

The staff here deserves a shout-out, too they were friendly, patient, and happy to walk us through the menu for the week. You can tell they take pride in their store and the customer experience. Our order was ready quickly, boxed beautifully, and every cookie looked picture perfect.

What’s great about this Crumbl location is the consistent quality. Every time we visit, the cookies taste just as fresh and amazing as the last time. Plus, the app and rewards program make it easy to order ahead and even snag some deals.

Whether you’re grabbing a box for a party, a gift, or just to treat yourself (no judgment here!), Crumbl – Champions never disappoints. It’s hands down one of the sweetest stops in town. Five stars...

The cookies are delicious the service is fine. If you want to eat cookies this is the place for you.

My 1 star review comes from the deceitful marketing of nutritional information. All the cookies on the board say they are appropriately 200 calories. (If you've seen the size of the cookies and have common sense you know they are not 200 calories) However, that calorie count is for their smaller cookies, which they have on display however you CANNOT order the smaller cookies - it is for catering only.

So the only cookies you can order in store are large and no nutrional information is available until you go to their website. Most of these large cookies say approx 110 calories and 7 servings in 1 cookie. So the only cookies you can buy have 700-800 calories PER 1 cookie.

Do better Crumbl - be honest in the calorie counts of the actual cookies you can get in the store.

AMAZING customer service!!! My ADD kicked in when placing my order online and I selected the wrong date. Since they use Door Dash for delivery, they couldn't just reschedule from their side but they did get the order cancelled for me and it refunded promptly so I could place my order for the correct time. I checked online when it was getting near delivery time and I could see that my order had been picked up but it never arrived. I called and they promptly got the order set for delivery with a new driver. This order arrived in a prompt manner. The cookies were a little squashed together like the driver had to slam on the brakes but that didn't stop anyone on my team from enjoying them.
