Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Texas

So I brought my kids to take advantage of the free cone for the first day of Spring. My kids were hungry so I said, screw it lets eat here also. This man rings up my order and comes back with (5) FREE cones. He has his fingers all over the cones that we are about to put in our mouths and intake. Mind you, he is working the cash register handling money (germs) and debit cards. I politely ask if he could please replace the cones for ones that didn’t have his finger/hands all over them, and his response was ma’am don’t be picky. Really?? I just spent $19.99 on food and you want to call me picky?? I could have just been a roach like all the others and got the FREE cones. He threatened to call the cops on me for trespassing, how embarrassing was that? I promise to NEVER step a foot back in this place. I just had to share the horrible service that was given. Cashier rude, asked if we could sit at table outside gave me a whole uncalled for argument and than slammed the window and came back to say manager said ok but I don't have time to clean table... When I drove up walked to door it was locked so I thought it was closed for business because manager and cashier looked really entertained in conveyance totally ignoring us but I then saw a car drive up so that's when I pulled up to drive up window, placed order than asking we could sit and eat outside table. While she was having and entertaining conversation, knowing it almost lunch time could have taken a moment to clean tables outside, my opinion if u don't want guests to sit at outside tables than lock gate and post sign... Best Ice Cream. There’s a short Mexican girl that works here and is very rude and very unprofessional. Ali is always taking up for her. When she see my family and I walk in she always has something to rude to say and always walks to the kitchen and talks about my family and I. She’s one of the nastiest workers there. She deals with money and then wants to touch customers food which unsanitary. I’ve seen her go in the bathroom and come out and start touching a customers food. My mom asked her to wash her hands and she caught a attitude with my mom and that’s when I had to step in because nobody disrespects my mom while I’m around.
