Bingo Wonderland — Local services in Spring

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The Customer Service was extremely awful. The facility was smoked out...NO good ventilation. The smell of roaches and cock roaches was evident. Unsanitary and unsafe environment.

My family of 10 visited this Bingo Hall during the holiday. This was our first time patronizing this Bingo facility. We are frequent visitors of the Bingo Hall on Crosstimbers and Shephard their supposedly "sister bingo" which in my opinion is a better bingo facility. With much better customer service skills and respect for the customers. However our first time visiting this "Bingo Wonderland" was the worst most humiliating and disrespectful time ever. I walked in with three of my family members. We all paid for ourselves. I am a more advanced player so I purchased two of the $2 packs. My cousin purchased his own pack and my son purchased his pack. Not once did the cashier advise me that I could not purchase two $2 packs. I went on to play Bingo and a Runner stopped behind me and asked me was I playing for someone else. I told her NO she then told me that I would have to give her my pack to choose the one I wanted to keep. I asked her would they refund my money because I was not aware that we could not have two packs that this was my first time and that the lady sold it to me did not tell me that I could not purchase my pack. The runner walked off to get the lady who I purchased my package from and she came over ,stood over me stating that I should have read the rules and I would have to give up my package or GET OUT! I was with some other family member and one of them was not playing the RUDE cashier snatched my pack and receipt off of the table told the family member that was not playing that they should not be inside the facility if they was not playing and slammed the pack and sheet in front of him to play. My sister asked the lady did she have to be rude and the lady immediately called the Sheriff security guard to escort us out of the rundown facility. How unfortunate was that for a family outing. We later had questions for the sheriff worker that was on duty he advised us that he works for them and could not help us or answer any questions.

I will be reporting this business to the BBB. I will report this business to the Mayor's Office(Permit). I will report this business to the Food Safety Service. I will report this business to SafeServ Food Services (Texas).

However Bingo is still fun to me just not at...

I have been going to this Bingo place for many years. Each time I go I am more disappointed. The customer service gets worse each time. They don’t seem to want to serve people unless you are buying lots of pull tabs: Here is what I came across yesterday. My husband bought pull tabs . I waited my turn then asked to buy some myself. She said “ she had other tables to wait on and I had to wait” the nerve of this person. I went to complain to the owner who did not seem to do anything about this behavior. I am willing to wait my turn but I am not willing to pay money to be treated like dirt. Also did not mention when they came back to our table she would only take care of one person or maybe 2. I had to ask loudly that other people wanted stuff also at our table. More than once. So if you want to be treated like dirt this is your...

Aww we love this place. I have never won, but my family has. Guess I need to keep rubbing the leprechaun's butt a little more!! Decent prices on papers and computers. Fun games and break games. (on certain days call first to ask) Regular Bingo is fun, games are great. My grandma has been coming here for more than 10 years I think. My only issue is there isn't a real NON smoking room.. A place closed off to non smokers or vice versa. So we can't go as much :/ The smoke is strong and Grandma can't be around it, nor can I. But other than that it's a great place for fun. And the snack bar is reasonable price. I like the corn dogs and motzrella sticks. Overall I say 4/5 Just for the one issue. Other than that stop by and try your luck!!
