Whataburger — Restaurant in Spring

Avoid this place at all costs. Whataburger used to be the only decent fast food burger around. But this place is horrible. They always forget something on the order. They never include utensils for items that require them. The fries are never fresh and they are cold and taste like cardboard. Tonight was it for me. We ordered a burger with bacon and cheese. No bacon and no cheese. The burger was not hot, it wasn't even warm. The bun was soggy and it looked like it was literally thrown together. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager and told her what happened. The only thing she kept saying was that we were not charged for the bacon and cheese. I don't care if I was charged or not. That is not the point. The point is the order was wrong and cold and soggy. It was uneatible and thrown in the trash. She didn't care about that at all. Like others, if I could give zero stars I would. I will never go back to this location again. I plan to write an email to corporate about all the times this...

I went to this location on a late Monday night. The lady who took my order was nice. My friend and I waited nearly 45 minutes for my order. The person who brought the food out was flat out rude and disrespectful. Who says “huh” and “what” to customers? She gets on her earpiece asking who the food goes to. Comes back to my friend car and asks what I and asks what I ordered. She either is hard of hearing or rude because she asked again, “huh” and “what” to me. Then walks off laughing. Ten minutes later I get my food but it was different person who brought my food. She was a little nicer but bot much. I couldn’t get neither names who came to my friend car. Their name tags weren’t in eyesight. Please find out who the person was who was that came to my friend car first to have a talk about manners or fire her! It was the worst whataburger I've ever been too. The lady who took our order was nice. But then we sat there for 15 mins along with everyone else. Looking at all the food that was bagged up. Finally they brought our out to the table. My husband ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on texas toast. It was on a bun that was drenched in grease. He told the lady it was wrong. She checked the ticket and walked off. Then the mgr came out. My husband asked her to just bring him some toast and he will put the chicken on it himself. She said no I gotta switch it out in the back. Which is nasty. Everyone knows once it goes back your supposed to make a new sandwich because of contamination.
