Danny's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Texas

Had a very bad experience today!.. Wouldnt recommend this place for the world.. Today my family and i went there to eat for dinner.. I ended up ordering the wrong plate once it was in my table i noticed it wasnt the plate i wanted..the waiter told me if it was the plate that i wanted i said no i explained what i really wanted and he said he would change it with no problems i said that it was okay that i would just eat whatever i liked from that plate but he insisted he could change it and that there was no problem.. While i was waiting on my plate which took a long time to get to my table and adding that it was cold and not cooked throughly.. The "manager" YES i said the "MANAGER" killed a fly on our table while we were eating!! that was just disgusting!!!. Everyone turned their plates away and couldnt eat anymore, we were grossed out by the blood left on the table of the fly.. Guuaakk just remembering makes me sick again!!.. When we went to pay the manager was very rude in the way she handle the misunderstanding of the plate not only she spoke to us in a very bad manner but she took my debit card from me without telling me she was charging me extra for the plate, which i insisted that the waiter didnt say anything that i had to pay for the other plate he reassured to me that it was okay.. So she went and charged again for another whole meal including my drink again which i had already paid for the first time. Not only that she had the other plate to go on a bag, which it was okay what was not okay is that she charged me for the plate and didnt include the tortillas which are suppose to come with the plate!!!.. Danny's Mexican Restaurant on Shary Rd. gave us the worst service and treated us horribly. My husband and I order a plate on special for $8.99. I asked how much extra it would be to sub fajita tacos instead of beef tacos and the waiter said it would not be that much extra. When we were paying our bill came out to over $100. So I asked the lady said that they charged us the plate and $4.50 for each fajita taco. So we ended up paying an extra $9.00 for the plate($18). I asked to talk to someone incharge and the lady said she could not help us. I told her to call someone and she said she was calling but nobody was answering. The manager was so rude and refused to hear us out or try to work with us. She gave us a number to call tomorrow. My husband called and they gave him the run around. He ended up getting ahold of the owner and said he would look into and about 2 weeks later still no response. This place is horrible and we will never go...

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Service sucks the waiter never came to attend us not once did she come and ask if we needed anything, my husband had to yell a couple of times to get her to come. We saw everyone else getting chips, salsa & a complementary soup so we asked her for some & she said she would bring it but it was extra. The food took about 40 minutes and it wasn’t even good lacked flavor not sure why they took so long if it wasn’t even appetizing. Once I was paying I asked the cashier that the waiter told us there was a charge for chips, salsa and the complimentary soup and she said no we never charge for those items. They called over the waiter and she made all sorts of excuses that she only charged us the chips & salsa and gave us the soups for free. Very disappointing never again will I go to this place & to top it off the food got me sick....
