Second time I have received the, "We're sorry, but the delivery driver has experienced a car issue" excuse when I called to inquire.
Now normally I can chalk it up to coincidence, however I usually let a delivery location make a few mistakes. So within that "grace period", and one time online, I now review this location publicly.
The food is on par as expected from a chain yet cold, and when you watch the "Dominos Pizza Tracker" online and your food takes an hour to arrive when it shows Out For Delivery... Then, I want a fresh order made and rushed to my house.
The store has the order phone number, and I related to them to call next time any issue arises the last time I had a complaint. Even if I have to wait for a fresh batch, then so be it; because then you had already informed the customer.

The customer paid cash. He put the cash in the drawer, administered the customersโ change and then proceeded to knead dough. Did NOT wash his hands. So I stopped him, told him that cash currency is very unsanitaryโthat heโs preparing food with no gloves and he shouldโve washed his hands after handling the register. His response โmy bad, I hope I didnโt make yours.โ He goes back to making pizzas, still doesnโt wash his hands.

Then they started changing managers like musical chairs. The service has gone so far down hill that I almost never use them anymore. I tried again this week and my daughters pizza was almost folded in half when we got it. It is either careless placement ofmthe pizza into The box or reckless driving or being turned sideways at some point in time.
