Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

I️ placed an order via the app for the “More-flation” promotion. I️ ordered 2 medium pizzas and a stuffed pepperoni bread. When I️ arrived at the store to pickup my order I️ was told by an associate that pan pizzas don’t qualify for the promotion. I asked why this was not made clear when placing the order and she didnt know. I️ was then told by the supervisor Nohemi that she could remake my order with a different crust. I️ asked if she could make the one with the salami topping. She then told me that they did not have salami and had made my order with pepperoni. She proceeded to tell me that salami is the same as pepperoni and no one contacted me to confirm the change because they were too busy. She was extremely rude and dismissive and should not be representing the company to customers. She offered to return my money and keep the pizza and gave no concern that I️ wouldn’t have dinner for the evening. I️ will never return to this location as long as she is...

I haven’t picked up my food yet, just ordered, but the reviews are sooo wrong! This location JUST opened! If I update this review then there was a problem with my order, otherwise I’m expecting it to be typical Domino’s quality. Marketing rant below: P.S. I’m not sure whose decision it was to list the restaurant on Google Maps wayyy in advance of the store opening, but that was a bad call. Now this location has started with a bad reputation for no reason. Hopefully someone learns from this experience, because most people think when they call a business and nobody answers that the staff are lazy and don’t want to work, which would leave one to conclude that the food quality may be poor, thus the customer leaves a bad review, which in this case...

Rude staff and manager! I am very disappointed. In store order/visit - They made my order wrong, I asked them to fix it, they "re-made" it, and it was burnt this time. I went back again to see if they can re-make the food so it's not burnt and they treat me rudely. For how expensive it is, its not worth putting up with incorrect orders, burnt food, and rude staff. I got a refund, especially after that. Ridiculous. Do better, dominos. Not coming...
