El Pato Mexican Food — Restaurant in Texas

At about 10-11 a.m. I ordered 2 bacon and egg tacos from the drive-thru. Received my order and left. I opened both my tacos and the bacon looked raw. Some was cooked but some looked raw. Called to speak with a manager and she explained to me that it was all cooked, but if I'd like to change my food to bring it back. Of course I went back even though I do not like other breakfast tacos from there. Got dry potatoe and egg tacos instead. They investigated the bacon and egg tacos and I just was hearing different excuses. The most dumbest was "it was the eggs that remoisted the bacon but it's all cooked." Eggs do not remoisten bacon leaving it slimy and super white and undercooked. The manager shouldn't have even been answering questions since apparently they don't eat pork, which explains to me all the excuses. Will not return to eat dry food, undercooked food, chewy food, old tea, old limes, etc. Each time I return to this place I get more and more disappointed. 2 stars because the manager did her best to give me good service but the excuses I heard were not ok. Instead of trying to explain the undercooked bacon she should have just apologized and changed my order. Unsatisfied with dry tacos and dissatisfied with someone trying to convince me it was cooked properly when they don't eat...

I ordered by phone 📱 and they took my ordered five tacos 3 beef bean and cheese and 2 bean and cheese and I was so happy because I love El Pato restaurant but this is my second time coming to this restaurant messing up on my order I understand that it was lunch hour and it can be busy but it’s not excuse going back to return the tacos and then they take almost an hour to get a reorder just because the staff messes up and I get home and I open up my tacos and they mess up again like really don’t they want me to come back to their business or what they didn’t even offer and free drink for messing up on the first place I’m just not going to place anymore I would give them a star but it’s not worth giving them it I’m just very disappointed in the restaurant and the nastiest taco they give me all dry and it suppose to be beef bean and cheese it looks all dry not even my dog wanted to eat it of how bad...

I don’t understand if there’s only one customer in the restaurant and I’m at the drive thru why does it take 20 min plus to get your food? I understand if you were packed inside . It looks like the employees are just taking their sweet time ...had I not paid I would’ve just driven off.

Thank you so much for your quick response. I am not looking for a discount or free meal. Your employee told me the reason it took long is because they had to cook the fajitas. I thought ok at least I’m getting hot fresh fajitas. I don’t live more than 2 min away. I get home tortilla nice warm fresh ...fajitas cold and I wouldn’t doubt old. The entire plate was cold except for the tortilla. I was also grossed out that she munched on chips while she waited to give my order. Then struggled to give me my order like she was in so much pain . If she’s sick stay home or...
