Jitterz on Bryan — Restaurant in Texas

I’m not one to give bad reviews because I truly believe in being positive and good vibes. So for me to write this took a lot. For being my first time EVER , I went to the Bryan location. I stood behind a lady whom was waiting for her order. I didn’t know where to order so I stood by the register area. However the barista (lady) never acknowledged me nor greeted me or said I’ll be right with at any point. Once I ordered I told her what I was looking for, she made a suggestion and I specifically asked for a “hot latte” … she later made my order put it on the opposite end of the counter not where I was standing and said “it’s ready” but she said it to where I couldn’t hear her. I said excuse me? She said” I said it’s ready” when I reached over to get it , it was a cold served over ice. Clearly not what I ordered. I told her nicely , I ordered hot. She looked at the order and sighed and said “ thats right u did” . She proceeded to mk it hot but I feel like she was annoyed and when I got my order she didn’t even put the lid, she just looked at them like do it urself type of way. Mind u I feel like she did the coffee however and it did not taste well. There needs to be more courtliness and signs like “ order here” / “pick up here” . I didn’t hv a pleasant experience considering I was highly recommended...

I visited both locations of Jitterz while in Mission and both of my coffees (Verano Latte Iced) were amazing and consistent at both locations—but more importantly at the N Bryan location there was a true light in the world named Trina who made my coffee.

She was genuine, conversational, and you could feel the Lord’s spirit in her presence. These are rare experiences in this world. She was the last person I’ll interact with in Mission before heading back to Kansas City and next time I am here, I’ll be back just to see Trina. I have goosebumps writing this. It’s the PEOPLE that make companies (big or small) incredible, and she made my experience incredible. (& the coffee was fireeeee)

I’d placed a mobile order on the Conway location. Well, as it turns out, there was a parade that time and the street was closed! Mind you not, I drove from Edinburg to get my coffee. I called the Bryan location, which Id never been to before, and she promptly said they will make my order there even though the order was for the other location. I really appreciated the gesture and great customer service experience. The place looks great! It’s spacious, nice, clean, they sell merchandise, and the whole ambiance is modern and relaxed. I tried a new drink for me that time and I can’t wait to go back and order it again! I tried the Sunset and it was delicious!!...
