We waited for him to come back and he did and we told him he forgot to give us one of the meals. When he gave us the meal I checked and they had fries instead of the coleslaw as ordered. We told him and he told us to give him the meal back. As we gave him the meal back, the box was open and he just started grabbing the fries from the box and touching the rest of the food. I then advised him to forget it and to give me a refund for one of the meals since he touched it with his bare hands. He ignored us and gave us the meal back and closed the drive thru window. We waited for him to open the window and he did and we had to ask him again for a refund for one of the meals. I got my refund and left. Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The customer service was far below acceptable standards. My food was cold and seems like it had been sitting there for hours. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed unwilling to rectify the situation, offering neither a replacement nor a refund. The young workers are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude I really hope they don’t last longer there. The overall lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening.
