KFC — Restaurant in Mission

Only thing wrong when you pay with a Visa or credit card the girl won't give you the receipt. This was about 7:20 p.m. today. Then if there's money missing from your Visa .❓❓❓❓

Chicken today July 11 was chicken that seemed like it had been there a long time.Got extra pieces ( wings) those were fresh. Chicken was hard, not hot or fresh. Waste of money October 23rd 6:32 I just came to this KFC and it has been a nightmare. Both managers were laughing and enjoying the. I cannot find my card that I paid with. It's a Visa card and it's nowhere in my purse it disappeared I never got it. I had also gotten no receipt. The chicken tenders or the size of catnip . It's been a horrible experience November 9th . Tried going again. I ordered 3 piece . I asked girl I want 2 legs and 1 thigh. She kept reassuring me that it was in there. NOT. It was 2 thighs and it had lots of skin and mashed potatoes ( main reason I went ) are still here except for 1 spoon full. Leg was hard.Lady at window lied. trying to call...

Ok. I Usually don't post negative reviews, but. We ordered two 3 piece meals and the make employers gave us one meal then told us Thank You and closed the drive thru window. We waited for him to come back and he did and we told him he forgot to give us one of the meals. When he gave us the meal I checked and they had fries instead of the coleslaw as ordered. We told him and he told us to give him the meal back. As we gave him the meal back, the box was open and he just started grabbing the fries from the box and touching the rest of the food. I then advised him to forget it and to give me a refund for one of the meals since he touched it with his bare hands. He ignored us and gave us the meal back and closed the drive thru window. We waited for him to open the window and he did and we had to ask him again for a refund for one of the meals. I got my refund and left. We will never come back to this KFC with that employee working there. KFC...

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at KFC. The customer service was far below acceptable standards. My food was cold and seems like it had been sitting there for hours. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They seemed unwilling to rectify the situation, offering neither a replacement nor a refund. The young workers are so unprofessional and have the worst attitude I really hope they don’t last longer there. The overall lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening.
