Whataburger — Restaurant in Texas

I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt many times!!! Somehow they are the slowest whataburger I have ever been too! The location on GPW and 107 is so much faster!!! I have been to WBs all over Texas even in Roswell, New Mexico! All those locations provide fast service excellent service! I just don't understand what the problem is here. I ordered my breakfast online at 0555 and the app gives you an estimate of time. I get to the drive thru at 0603, nobody in line just me and only one person sitting in the store drinking coffee. The whole time I'm waiting there was nobody behind me in the drive thru so its not like there was a rush. There is a girl wearing a gray shirt with her big white bow in her hair just killing time by the soda machine does not even acknowledge I'm there. They still owe me my drink but I'm being completely ignored... 610....615....finally....I get my food about 617 by a girl wearing an orange shirt. Im still being ignored by big hair bow girl....I tell her I need my drink and she gives me an annoyed look like im lying to her! She doesn't even offer me any condiments, cream, or sugar! So i leave and lo and behold no surprise my extra sausage patties i ordered for the bob and pancakes are not there!!! They will gladly take your money but they cant do a quick check to make sure all your food is in the bag.The Mgr or the tl or whatever she is needs some retraining.. if that's who is running the show no wonder the service is horrible!!!! Whoever is top dog at this store get it together... I will not be going back to this location anymore!!!! Stay away people they are...

I used the drive thru for my order which was a number 1 all the way with no cheese on toasted buns. The lady repeated the order back to me then asked what I wanted to drink and I told her a Dr Pepper and she could swap the fries with onion rings and add a jalapeño on the side. I drove up to work Dow easily since there was only 2 cars waiting and one was leaving as I was pulling up to the drive thru window. The lady was getting my drink ready and asked for my name, I told and then asked for the money of $11.42 for the order. I gave her $12.00 and got the change back but no receipt. I guess that is expected was this whataburger. I then pulled up to wait for my order. I waited for about 10-15 minutes and then got my order. I drove home and noticed my order was incorrect. I ended up with a regular toasted bread that looked like it needed to be toasted a bit more and a totally different burger that I requested. I called whataburger and asked for the manager. I talked to a Robert whom later said he was actually Diego. He said he would replace my meal but yo drive the 8 miles back for a mistake they did and it being almost 10:30 pm I just deflated. What a way to finish off the day and end up with a dinner that was given to me by mistaken order. What ridiculous service this place offers. Never again will I make this mistake. What a waste of money on my behalf and for trusting this establishment of getting my order correct even after they confirmed it. Thank you Robert/Diego, whatever...

The manager has to start wondering why he's getting low ratings in the last few weeks

I'm changing my review from a previous rating to a 1. The girl Maggie, is terrible customer service. I went in with my boyfriend and she was very cold to us. I sat down waiting for my order I was watching her and she gave the same cold service to the young man after us. Seems some of her friends came in and she was giggling and this and that with them and she took their order giggling and laughing.

After that a young man came in not but a few seconds later and she reverted back to her no smile no greeting no thank you customer service.... There were three boys standing behind him and she gave them the exact same cold stare non-greeting no thank you service.

I got her name from one of the girls. The manager needs to see why he is dropping in ratings at this location in the last few weeks. She's not the only young girl that has changed the customer service especially to me or my boyfriend and we are both veterans.
