After being disappointed at a crawfish restaurant, we found Grand Texas Cafe with a crawfish truck out front. We had already resorted to eating BBQ at a nearby restaurant, but we were still craving crawfish so we gave it a try. They only came one way, so not extra spicy, but not mild. I had the nachos, when they got to my table I was not impressed with the portion .. way to little for the price and on the menu it says grilled beef or chicken and it was definitely fried ground meat , the mimosas were really good and the service was wonderful, very nice lady took care of me she was all smiles and made sure my drink was never empty and that I was happy ! What to say. They have a bar. They can serve drinks, nothing complex. They have a menu, but I'm not sure if they have a cook. They managed a pizza for our little ones but couldn't pull together our order. We ended up doing door dash. They might have been short staffed. People running the front desk were running the Cafe.
