Been here a few times. Clean and open seating, nice ambiance, kid friendly, and food options that can be adjusted to your liking most of the time. It can get noisy sometimes during dinner hour, but if you go for lunch noise level is pretty average. If you eat zabiha halal just have to beware of the pasta sauces that are cooked with wine/alcohol here, but they do have plenty of alternative sauces for pasta, just gotta check. Decent selection to choose from if you have some dietary restrictions such as only eating vegetarian, halal, and/or pescatarian. Pasta is always really tasty. Most recently got the Tortellini Alfredo, was the perfect creamy consistency, not too thick and not too runny, and tasted amazing. The servers and staffs customer service skills are on point, and the servers are consistently checking in throughout the meal to make sure everything is fine. They serve garlic knots as complimentary appetizers when you first get seated which is nice, and those also taste really good. Overall great experience every time. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice Italian restaurant around this side of town! 10 out of 10! 👍

I'm giving Italiano's a 3. Why? The chicken parm tasted like something I would get from the cafeteria when I was in school. The breading was soggy of course with the addition of sauce but it was drowning in the sauce. The sauce was very sweet as well. It was almost ketchup like sweet. I will give them credit that the chicken was very tender, no chewy pieces were found. The spaghetti was basic, same sauce used on the chicken parm was present on top of the spaghetti so it made it very sweet. The garlic knots were huge, the size of your palm. That actually isn't a good thing. It was extremely doughy and lacking in any flavor except salt and garlic. I will again give the staff credit for being extremely attentive with refilling our drinks, getting our order out in a timely fashion and cleaning up when people left the table. I would not get anything made with the marinara/red sauce. It's just too sweet for my liking. My significant other got the lobster ravioli and they thought it was fantastic so there is some redemption here.

This is nice place to have an inexpensive italian meal. The bread knot rolls seem overrated to me. The first ones we were served were very hard and seemingly dried out. There second one (pictured) was good looking but was room temp to slightly cool. Even the butter drizzled on it was not warm. I will admit we came in for a late lunch (around 2ish) so we weren't there when the rolls might have been their freshest. However, it still represents their food quality. We ordered calzones. I ordered the Traditional and thought it was good. My wife ordered the Special Calzone and thought it was not that great. She didn't like flavor of the meat or the ricotta. On top of this the service was slow even though there were only a few people in the restaurant. Overall, we were unimpressed. I think we hit them on a bad day. We've been here several times before and liked it better. However, had this been our first visit, it would have been our last.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! NOT GOOD ANYMORE!!! INCREASE PRICES WITHOUT TELLING YOU!! AND CHARGE YOUR CARD!! THEY NEED TO UPDATE WEBSITE PRICES!! THEIR SHADY AND SQUEEZE YOU FOR MONEY!! So I was hungry for lunch and I haven’t ordered from here in a while and I happen to be in the area. It USED to be a good spot for lunch. I look on THEIR WEBSITE, ( not DoorDash, not a 3rd party website) and find their prices for MY LOCATION. I call and place my order like usual, and I ask the lady how long until my order is cooked and ready for pickup. She said 20mins.. I said okay and hang up. (I figure they’re busy because it’s lunch time and they have good lunch specials, so 20 mins is appropriate) unfortunately I am already in the area and it takes me 2 mins to park and get out. (I figure I’d pay and wait 15-20 mins for my food). Immediatly I notice a AN EMPTY PARKING LOT. Which was weird because before they would always be busy with people, and now it looks kind of RUN DOWN and SHABBY. So I continue into the restaurant and walk up to the counter and Im greeted by the main cook/ manager I presume. I’ve seen him in there many times before, he always wears black. I tell him I want to pick up an order and gave my name. (I’m expecting to just pay and wait for my food to be cooked). HE PULLS MY FOOD OUT ALREADY READY AND HANDS IT TO ME!!!! AFTER 3 MINS After ME ORDERING!!! They TOLD ME 20 MINS!!! IF I DIDNT SHOW UP EARLY MY FOOD WOULD HAVE BEEN SITTING for 15-20 mins ON THE COUNTER GETTING COLD!!!! GROSS!!! THAT IN ITSELF WAS UNSETTLING!!! THEY NEED TO BE ON THE SAME PAGE WHEN THE FOOD WILL BE READY!! UNLESS YOU WANT COLD OLD FOOD!! THAT WASENT EVEN THE WORST PART, THE LADY TELLS ME MY TOTAL AND ITS WAYYY MORE THAN I EXPECTED! I ask her for a printed itemized receipt because they don’t give you one of the ITEM charges. Just the TOTAL AMOUNT.. (WHICH IS SHADY AND NOT RIGHT, I SHOULD HAVE A RECIPT OF HOW MUCH OF EACH ITEM I PAY) AND THE RECIPT IS WAYYY MORE CHARGE THAN THE WEBSITE SAID!!! I AM STUNNED AND TELL THE COOK/MANAGER GUY AND HE TELLS ME THEY HAVE A NEW MENU AND THE PRICES ARE HIGHER. I SHOW HIM THEIR WEBSITE WITH THE PRICES AND HE TELLS ME THATS WRONG! THAT THE PRICES ARE HIGHER BUT THE HAVENT UPDATED ANYTHING!! HOW IS THAT A GOOD BUSINESS MODEL!!!?????? I explain to him the ONLY reason I ordered from them was because of their lunch specials and MAYBE they should have mentioned that when I was ordering or on the website or on the door or ANYWHERE IN OR AROUND THE RESTURANT!! How are we supposed to know as customers???!!! I asked him to refund the difference because I didn’t agree to those prices, he has different prices online and he said NO!!! UNBELIEVEABLE!! Tacos Flores increased their prices but they let their customer know MONTHS IN ADVANCE!! They had fliers on the doors and counters and they let you know when you called and ordered. THATS HOW YOU DO IT!! NOT LIKE THESE HERE, THEY SURPRISE TOU AND DONT EVEN HELP OR TRY TO HELP. I see why it’s not busy anymore!! Don’t go here unless you want old cold food that you get...

We were treated like we were unwanted there. Maybe it was because I asked to be seated inside because the back area was so cold and I did not have a jacket with me? It was uncomfortably cold and even one of the other guests sitting back there agreed with me when he heard me ask if we could sit in the front area. The lettuce in the salad was wilted. My son could barely eat any of his. I was served a bowl of pasta drenched in oil.... I thought it was water at first since it was so runny and there was around a half a cup of it sitting at the bottom of the bowl..I asked the waitress about it...she said it was just oiI, like that was completely normal to serve it like that!! I just squeezed as much oil as I could out and ate it. I order this same exact dish at the Humble location often and it never comes out like that. My son said his fetuccini tasted completely different than what he orders at the Humble location (was supposed to be the same dish). Waitress just seemed to ignore us and wanted us out of there.... felt like we had to beg for bread since our request was ignored twice. She brought the check and to go boxes before we even asked for it as a hint that she wanted us to get out of there as fast as possible.......she didnt even ask us if we wanted dessert like we always are in Humble, which really disappointed my son. He ended up asking her if he could see the dessert menu since that is one of his favotite parts of the meal. She did bring a tray back in an incomvenienced sort of way and showed him but I declined after the way we were treated. I did not want to be there another second more than we had to and let my son know he could pick out dessert somewhere else. We were charged extra on the bill for something that was supposed to be included with one of the dishes... I think there was some sort of miscommunication in the ordering process... I questioned it and was met with extreme attitude so I just said never mind, paid for it and got out of there as fast as we could. Maybe she just hated her job or hated us? It was hard to tell! I normally tip 30 percent but could not bring myself to do so on this occassiom after how bad we were treated and the barely edible food we were served. The bedt part of the food was the bread. I only left 15 percent tip, which I have never done before. I will definitely go to our regular Italianos in Humble next time. My husband had warned me not to go to that one and the one in Humble was alot better...I thought they would be about the same since they have the same name and we happened to be close to this one after a basketball skills session......boy was I wrong on so many levels!!! He was right! I will listen to him next time!! The food and service are so much better in Humble. They actually treat you like they are happy you are there and the food is delicious and not soaked in gobs of oil or served with...

OK yall, the food here Is very good for the price point. I frequently have lunch at this location. Today I was seated close to the kitchen, no problem 😊. Service was acceptable, until I received my food. As I began eating one of the wait staff a female in her 30 was maby 5 ft from my table talking horrible things about one of her customers. The server was going off about this particular table, she was loud inappropriate and extremely unprofessional!!! Do not talk about your customers when they can hear you !!! I worked in the service industry as a server/ bartender/ manager for over 10 years. I understand that bad tablets happen, but that's a part of the game. You are a restaurant all you do is sell food and a service. For your employee to openly Bit** about a customers so loud and with no discretion is absolutely unacceptable!!! No matter how difficult a customer is at least show some respect, and discretion. The server going off about the table was saying how we the customers don't understand what it's like when a server is busy !!! 😑 Well young lady if you would shut your mouth, and do your job maby people would not complain! I watched her complain for at least 10 minutes standing in one spot doing nothing at all. If you focused on your job rather than flapping your gums maby everyone would have a better...
