Ice cream and cookies were great. The manager on duty was a completely different story. Im sorry ,but yelling at all 3 of your employees, infront of customers, yea I had a issue with that. Your lucky my w8fe and kids begged me not to say something to you. Yes, you, lady in the pink shirt on fathers day at about 6:25pm. Your actions were dumb. You could have and should have waited untill customers were gone. Especially with there being little kids I'm the store. What makes it worse is that you got on to your employees over empty bottles under the cabinet. Isn't it your job to make sure things are I order... how about the fact that half the ice cream were empty and hardly any cookies. Real smart taking your frustrations out on employees when customers are there.......

I'm not sure how to qualify our last experience. My family normally gets very good service and ice cream here. But, this last visit I was told they were out of strawberries (not because they were out but because they didn't want to get more from the back because of the time) and I couldn't add a banana to my ice cream because bananas were ONLY for banana splits. I would like to chalk both up to laziness rather than instructed behavior. I say this because I have been getting the exact same order for the last 20 years (creature of habit) since moving to Texas. Marble Slab should stay a mall store. Their scoops are on the small side and their waffle cones are not as good as Baskin Robbins. We ordered two cookies and two double scoop ice creams for a total of $17. I’m not sure the size justified the price.

The texture was a creamy delight. I ordered cheesecake ice cream with graham cracker dust and brownies mixed in. Closest I can get to Ben & Jerry’s Cheesecake Brownie flavor that was discontinued.
