Stayed here three days as returning guests. Staff is friendly and even pause for a quick chat about your day. Lobby and breakfast area are modern and decorated nice. There is an elevator and a winding staircase. Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and beautiful! The beds are plush and oh sooo comfy! No sags at all!! The black out curtains were great. There were plenty of places to charge your devices of all sorts in the room- on lamps, wall, tables. The desk chair was nice, rip and stain free. But the wheels would not roll and was really annoying. Hit our toes several times trying to drag it out to sit. Lots of counter space in bathroom. Bath towels are thick and absorbent but kinda rough. Tub was shiny white with a textured bottom and grab bars. Large shower head with plenty of hot water. Shower curtain was clean but ripped at the top in several places making it hang weird. Needed replacing. Breakfast had lots of yummy options. I liked the blueberry waffle mix with blueberry pie filling on top. Only thing missing was whipped cream in a can! There was also a yogurt machine where you could put the blueberry topping, apple, or another one in it. The eggs weren't my favorite but sufficient. The were egg patties not loose scrambled. The biscuits tasted frozen for they were crumbly and a bit dry. But overall breakfast was good and took care of our needs. There is a front loading washer and dryer here. It is $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. Dryers run 40 min. We may have chosen the wrong setting or put too many heavy clothes since we had to run the dryer twice for clothes to get dry. The pool was clean and has a gazebo on each side with a grill. We wanted to use it but with it being a gorgeous day after much rain several days before, so did every other guest. Would recommend and stay again.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. First, someone hit my car in the parking lot, causing $2,000 in damages, and the hotel’s security cameras were so low-quality that they couldn’t even read the license plate of the car that hit me. There was nothing I could do about it. Then, my wife had a necklace stolen during our stay. On top of that, the carpet in our room had a strange smell, and my wife even found a fingernail from a previous guest. It was disgusting. This was all after spending $1,500 for a two-week stay. When I contacted the hotel about these issues, they sent me a generic placeholder response telling me to stay there again—completely unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend others avoid it as well. PD: The hotel manager responded and assured that there was no white car near my car during that time frame. However, a white car was NEVER mentioned! Furthermore, in the end, the manager told the police—and I was a witness—that the cameras couldn’t read the car’s license plate anyway. In this response, by the way, there’s no mention of my wife’s necklace going missing.

Clean rooms, friendly staff (especially Josh at the front desk upon check in - customer service rock star), and a good breakfast selection. You can tell the ownership takes great pride and care in their hotel. It shows everywhere. One night in room 108 - a king jacuzzi suite. Everything in the room was super clean - including the mattress which was in a mattress encasement. Bathroom was spotless including the shower head that had no mineral build-up on it at all. WiFi worked really well. Good, strong signal throughout. Was more than enough bandwidth to hook my Roku up and do some YouTube streaming. USB A and USB C charging ports in the room, and power outlets everywhere. In room coffee, microwave, and refrigerator. Linens and towels clean and in good shape. As someone who spends a ton of time in hotels, honestly - I have nothing negative to say about this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Absolutely would stay here again if in the area.

The room appeared to be clean and beds were comfortable. When I booked the room at last minute on our drive there- same day booking….the front desk failed to mention the elevator quit working (room on 3rd floor) AND there was a Wedding reception? at the Hotel Late Saturday night. We went out to dinner Saturday at Wazabi (great sushi bar) and got back after 9:30pm. I spoke to front desk about the elevator, (someone was working on it early Saturday morning) he said still not working… I mentioned the barking dog, loud child and pot smokers on our floor. He seemed disinterested and again failed to mention the Party/Reception being held at the hotel. ( No sign of people when we got back from dinner). Around 12:45 am or later the party moved into our hallway. ( we were sound asleep a this point). Needless to say… I am not a nice guy when woken up by rude inconsiderate people partying in the hallway. I shouted through my door for people to go away and be quiet…… When I called the front desk, he said “oh yeah, there was a wedding reception and they are all part of that?? He looked on a camera and said they appeared to be breaking up and going to their rooms, and “IF” I had another problem to call him again. The reason people were going to their rooms is because another person came out of their room, due to the loud noise, and also commented on their behavior. I told the front desk that if he knew they were going to have a party he should have done his job and informed the people to be respectful of other guests sleeping in the Hotel at 1:00am. But that was not in his purview. The additional issue of slamming doors waking us up was yet another reason to NEVER RETURN to this Hotel. The elevator is apparently not a big issue to the Hotel manager because they made no effort to get a technician out until Monday to repair the elevator. ( This tells me two thing: 1- their guests are not a priority and 2- they did not spend the money on a good contract to cover proper service when needed for such emergencies.) But if you don’t mind not being able to get a good nights sleep and management not caring about inconsiderate guest… then by all means come stay here.

When we checked out Yolanda at the front desk, (who was not working the weekend shift)… was very kind considerate and very helpful. She made a huge effort to make amends for our weekend from hell. She is a caring professional who does a great job making one feel welcome and appreciated. Thank...

The hotel interior itself was beautiful, with modern and regional touches, a gorgeous color scheme, and overall great decor. It was clean and comfortable and the hotel manager, Ms. Yolanda, was amazing.

I would have loved to give the hotel 5 stars, but I did experience some issues.

My stepson threw up on the pillow, sheets, and comforter on one of the beds in our room. Afterward, when I went up to the lobby desk to ask for a change in bed linen, the young man at the desk wasn't empathetic or especially helpful. He looked annoyed that I was bothering him and told me that, before I could get new bed linen, I had to carry the vomity linen to the front desk. Then, after using all of the towels to clean off my stepson, he asked me to bring the vomity towels down again. Though he did give me a bag after I told him that I didn't want to carry those towels and touch them anymore than I had to, he seemed bothered by my request for a bag. Instead of predicting that I'd need some cleaning materials to clean up the room, I had to beg for materials to clean the bathroom, bathtub, and floor. He got the disinfectant and towels for me, but he seemed quite miffed by it. His impatience and annoyance made an already stressful night even worse.

The following morning, I saw a rather unwelcome bug on the floor and freaked out a bit. I stepped on and crushed it, but I was unnerved. This would have been the icing on the cake for a horrible stay had it not been for Ms. Yolanda. She asked how my stepson was doing and explained that the bug most likely came in from outside. Then, she offered us another room, which she said was just the same as the one we were in. It wasn't. The new room we had was a large, spacious suite with not only 2 queen beds, but also a kitchen area with a stove top, full-size refrigerator, and couch. It was a beautiful, clean, comfortable, and pest-free space. Ms. Yolanda truly saved the day. It's because of her that, if we ever come back in that corner of Texas, we would definitely come...

Awesome!!! Me and my family stayed here Friday, may 17th and checked out on the 18th. I was very impressed with this place. Everything was clean and the colors are bright. Walking in to this place is very impressive. The guy at the front desk was very respectful and polite. Got to the room and again, very impressed. Clean bright room!!! From there, we went to the pool, which was awesome and clean. Me and my boys had a blast in the pool and my wife enjoyed the hot tub. Again, very clean pool!!! We went back to the room to get ready for the church event we were going to. In the process, I was ironing my sons shirt and used the sprayer on the iron. In doing so, a brown color came out of the iron and stained my son's shirt. So I went to the front desk, shirt & iron in hand and explained the situation to the guy at the front desk, who's name I forgot. But he apologized for the mishap and offered to wash the shirt for me to try to get the brown color out. I agreed and he also gave me a new iron to take back to the room with me so I could finish ironing. Again, he was very respectful & polite. I picked up the shirt later and he had the stain removed. I was very thankful the stain came out, it was a megelion shirt. We all slept well because the beds were amazingly comfortable!!! Peace and quiet!!! Woke up for breakfast and again was amazed. The lady in the kitchen kept up with all the food even though there was alot of people eating. As soon as she noticed the food was out or running low, she took care of it!!! Wonderful employee!!! Check out was fast and easy, we had no problems. I would definitely stay at this place again and highly recommend this place to everyone!!! Nice, respectful staff, clean establishment, awesome pool, wonderful rooms, that's enough to make me want to stay at this place again!!! Thank you bestwestern for a wonderful stay, it made mine & my family's trip...
