Unfortunately, I had an awful experience at this particular Jack in the Box last week. It was very disappointing⦠I went through the drive-thru very late at night (about 3am), and the young man (twenties) told me they were only accepting mobile orders during that time⦠So I parked in their parking lot and ordered my food using the Jack in the Box mobile app. Then I drove back through the drive-thru, and the same guy very rudely told me again that they were only accepting mobile orders at that time- to which I replied by telling him I had already made my order online and was coming through to pick it up. When I drove up to the window and gave the guy the name on my order, but he told me it wasnāt on the screen and shrugged his shoulders, completely dismissing me. I stopped him before he closed the window, and showed him the receipt for my order on my phone (which he hardly tried to look at) and confirmed the restaurantās address- he confirmed the information was correct, but then he repeated the same thing he had already told me and dismissed me again. At this point, I started to get a little upset- so I told him I paid for the order already and asked him to check their system again or find someone else who could help me. The woman who was cooking in the back overheard us talking, and came to the window to see what the problem was. She barely spoke English, but she was very mindful about the issue. She corrected the young man she was working with, and showed him on the screen where my name was. Iām not sure how he mistakenly missed my name on the screen because we were the only vehicle in line, but Iām pretty sure he just didnāt feel like doing his job. When he handed my order to me, he gave me a dirty look and made no attempt to apologize or own up to making a mistake⦠With that being said, I will not be returning to this particular Jack in the Box any time soon-although, the woman who was cooking that night seems to be trained very well and makes a delicious Breakfast Jackā¦she deserves a raise for having to do that young manās job for him, while...

Good thing was I was able to go to drive thru to get my, already ordered and paid, mobile order. Unfortunately, I was greeted by the most condescending young girl with a horrible attitude. Tried to tell me that they close the lobby at 10, I showed her the time it was about to be 9:40. She was taken for words until she mumbled under her breath. When I asked her to repeat what she had said, she eyes grew wide open, mouth dropped. No manners whatsoever. Rude. Thought she was going to get away with talking back to me. I hope she doesnāt talk to her mother that way. Didnāt even give me my whole order before walking away. Took a while to come back, even though she saw me still there, to ask if anything was wrong with the order, finally got everything I had already paid for. I havenāt been to this location in 5 years and now I remember why. Horrible location. Received cold food and melted shake with the cherry on top being horrible customer service.
