Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Texas

I've been here about 3 times. Each time was good, tonight wasn't. I came in with my kids and myself. I saw a guy and a girl scurrying around making orders. I stood there for probably 5 or 10 minutes just staring at them. No one greeted me or acknowledged that I was just awkwardly standing there watching them work. After a bit, I get to order. I ordered 2 smalls and a medium. A couple things we wanted to order were all gone, sucks but the guy working said they had a huge rush and sold out of a lot of stuff. We order our stuff and get them. The guy hands me mine and it looks like someone poured green water In a overflowing cup. My ice cream or whatever it was, was literally pouring all over the counter and my hands. The guy just said to take some napkins. I had to use about 10+ napkins to try and clean up the mess I did not create. I honestly would have never even given that to a customer. We get all of our orders and I ask the guy if he charged me for a medium. He said yes, so I showed him he gave me a small. He told me he would give me more ice cream. After I got the water cup of whatever it was, I really didn't want anything else. I just asked to be charged for a small Instead of a medium. He ended up refunding me and not charging me for mine. I should have just politely asked him to take it back and just cancel my order. But I didn't because the two working seemed super stressed and on edge. But, in the future, if we decide to come back. Please acknowledge a group of customers when they enter your establishment. It's awkward and uninviting when no one even gives a simple "Hi, we'll be with you in a bit" and if you make a product that you probably would not want to eat yourself, please don't give it to a customer. As I got Into my car, it spilled all over my legs and shirt. I understand we can get overwhelmed and stressed out. And that's why I didn't cause a fuss. But y'all...

This has to be one of my favorite places. They have gelato, Italian ice, and swirl. The best part about their ice cream is that it is extremely smooth and thick at the same time. The texture of the ice cream is like silk. And the best part of it all, is when the ice cream is mixed with the Italian ice it brings this amazing flavor. My two favorite flavors are strawberry and orange smash. If you haven’t gone to this place that I highly recommend it. The place is well kept and clean. I have enough indoor seating and outdoor seating. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when it comes to ordering. They will give you as many free samples as you want and will always remain with a smile on their face. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. They have a huge board of flavors and an option for several toppings. And last but not least, I love the hours of operation. Great place to stop by and grab some ice, cream, or the best of both, the Gelati. The staff is patient, friendly, and the manager knows how to manage an establishment that focuses on customer service. The flavors rotate frequently so there's always something new to try. Ask the staff for a sample, they are always willing to accommodate. Due to popularity, drive thru time can become lengthy, but a staffer is usually right there assisting with taking your order so you're ready when you arrive at the window.
