Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken & Seafood — Restaurant in Texas

When this place first opened it was wonderful but now everything is just going downhill. When i first bought mashed potatoes here i could tell they were fresh and had butter and it had the red skins. Now ive returned and these have gotta be instant mashed potatoes,totally disgusting. The red beans and rice have no flavor. I think they had biscuits for a week and now their serving grocery store sweet rolls. The french fries have even changed. Nothing is consistent at this place ever. I never know what im going to get that day. And i have given so many chances hoping for better.Whoever owns this place better do something real quick because you will not make...

Major management problems here. They are always out of basic things such as ranch and fried okra. Came thru drive thru at 1105. No one answered. Drive to the window and they acted like I was inconveniencing them. They open at 11. Sat at the window for 10 more minutes on my 30 minute lunch break, before getting my food and was the only customer. Lady was rude and kept closing the window in my face when I would ask her for things. Wont be back.

Edit: I asked for their signature sauce that was supposed to come with the tenders and surprise they are out of that too. Also, the rude lady at the window was a manager. What a disaster...

The lady at the drive through was so lazy. I asked for the orange sauce for the seafood. I spent $41 she she acted like she did not know what I was talking about. She said they had ketchup and tartar sauce in the bag already I said, what about the orange sauce for the seafood that all Louisiana is known for she said they are getting some more tomorrow all of a sudden…. I also ordered fish tacos. They had the orange sauce all over the fish tacos. she basically did not feel like making me a couple of containers of the sauce.
