My wife and I ordered two pizzas. I got there and waited to pick them up. 20 minutes after the given wait time I was finally told that there were errors on our pizza and they had to remake them. I didn't appreciate having to wait 20 minutes before being told there was an issue. So since I had some time to wait I watched the staff and decided I didn't want my family to eat there. There was a guy filling sauce cups. No gloves, picking the cups with his fingers in the cups. To clean his fingers for the next cup he wiped his fingers on the lip of the next cup before pouring more into it. His friend that went to help dropped the lids on accident. They didn't go into the trash though, they went right on top of the sauce cups. All I can think of is diarrhea city with all that going on. To think that was the worst of it, sauce guy then decided that flicking his dirty fingers to rid them of the extra sauce back into the larger container was also a good idea. No one was strictly working with food, manager included went from taking payments with cards/cash and then right back to food. Sounds like a lot to complain about, but you get a different feeling about the whole thing when you watch it on the little video I took while...
Read moreThis location opened near me in the Porter Heights area recently, so I took the opportunity to try it during their Grand Opening. I found it to be a good overall value and will likely return in the future. The quality of the food, and ordering via their app both rate highly in my opinion. There is a unisex type restroom, and even a couple of booths for dining in the lobby, but during my one short visit it did not feel crowded. I must give them credit for having plenty of staff on hand to handle what was obviously high volume walk-in, drive-thru, and delivery business at that time. My one bit of advice for patrons is to try and schedule your visit for a time that is NOT during PM rush traffic in that area of FM 1314 and The Grand Pkwy. The access to/from FM 1314 can get congested, so pack some patience. Parking is also a bit limited since it shares that area with other businesses. Quite worth the time and effort to go. I personally had the All Meat Specialty Pizza, and it did not disappoint. ...4 out of 5...
Read moreI spend probably $200 a month a Marcos. I am an easy going guy and a faithful customer. Apparently it means nothing because about 2 years of ordering Marcos every week, sometimes more than once and they still cannot find my address. I am 2 miles away and in 2 hours my food wasn't delivered because they couldn't find my house. I called to cancel the order they left me waiting hoping I would hang up, so on my Friday I had to go to the store location. The skinny dude with long brown hair and tattoos says sorry dude, hands me a receipt and turns away.
This is what we have come to in the world. Loyalty...
