There's one girl that works the front-of-house. She's present, pleasant, and always has a smile. Great attendance her job and seems to enjoy people. That being said, the rest are less than professional. Lazy, rude, complaining all the time, acting like walking in is gonna ruin their day! Today was as usual when the one person isn't there... the register attendant was busy moping and then cleaning the mop and bucket. The assistant manager saw i was waiting to order and, after looking over at me three times and me asking her to come over, meandered her way over with a huff. I placed my order and after giving her a $100 bill, she disappeared with a "i gotta get some money". The manager came out with my change and had the same "I have better things to do" attitude. Put my money on the counter even though I had my hand extended, and walked of. When I asked if I could get a table tent (they always give me one is why I asked) i was told "you have a receipt". 1 occupied table and the rest were nasty. One spot on the floor where the counter person was mopping, and the rest of the floor had trash, ketchup, and a spilled drink. There were no other people in the place aside from the 4 people at the occupied table. It's 2:45pm. Not a lunch rush or dinner traffic. Just pure laziness and rudeness from people that want $20 just to screw up an order. Since the jobsite is within a mile and the alternative is taco bell or a gas station, I'll find out when the competent, nice, clean, attentive employee is working and only go then. Otherwise, it looks like gas station hot dogs. Update: I wrote this while waiting for my order (#1 w/ Dr. Pepper and a filet -o- fish). No one came in and drive thru was slow. After 20 minutes, i noticed my "For here" order was sitting in a bag on the counter getting cold for who knows how long.
I can't wait till I wrap thos job up and can avoid this place...
   Read moreI had the worst experience every at this Mc Donald's in my whole life time of going to a McDonald's. I visited this location a few times since opening. Very slow, order's wrong, food cold. Visited on 3/4/22 Friday night decided to go inside. No one was at the front had to literally call for someone to take order's, They were all focused on the drive-thur. Lady finally came proceeded to take order's. After looking at my receipt I clearly told her my order was wrong, she went to the back to tell the cooks, get the food after 20 minutes of waiting. Checked my order the order was still wrong. The manager Norma steps in she was very RUDE and unprofessional. How do you argue with a customer? How do you tell a customer what they did and didn't order or say to the person ringing up the order? The conversation continue with Norma being rude. At this point please give me the food so I can leave. Also upon waiting 4 customers from the drive-thur had to come inside because their food was wrong. A gentleman said he waited 30 minutes for his food. This is a brand new McDonald's which is the closest location to alot of customers home. Someone from corporate must come down and give more training this is really sad.    Read moreWe we stopped by because a friend requested we bring nuggets on our way over. We tried to run inside but the door was locked. The sign on the door said the lobby was supposed to be open another hour and the drive-thru for 2 or more hours. We went through the drive-thru and asked about nugget options. The person gave us 2, and while I was ordering someone in the car pointed out that there were more options on the app. So i asked if they did curbside. The drivethru line was kind of long since they closed the lobby early. I didn't want to drive back through. The person said they did curbside and the parking spots were out front. Someone in the car ordered more items on the app. but as we pulled around front it said they were outside curbside hours. Irritated, but I pulled back in the drivethru line. When we finally got up to the speaker, they said we're only doing drinks. I said well i have this order number fromt he app, and the guy told me, well we're not doing food anymore, only drinks. I would have been rather mad if I had driven 10+ minutes over to get my order. I was already pretty irritated with their attitude and lack of knowledge. This had to be the worst service I've gotten from any of the McD's we've tried in say a 20...
