This place is totally a disaster when it comes to customer service. Employees here don't have any customer service urgency. Today as we were ordering our meal I noticed the lack of enthusiasm from the cashier, the employees on the kitchen playing around and moving at a slow pace to do their job. After we order and sat down, I noticed the cashier suddenly stepped away from the front and went to horse around with the employees in the kitchen. He had a line of 4 customers and that didn't seemed to bother him. The customer waiting to place his order was upset and it took several minutes to get someone else to take the order. The customers were very upset, another lady employee was the one that came to the rescue after she noticed the long line and customer complaining. The other male employee never came back and could be seen talking and laughing on the back with his buddies. This restaurant needs urgent good management and see who they hire. This is not the first time I notice the lack of customer service from this place. Visit Chick-fil-A and you can see the difference in employee attention and attitude towards their job. Read more5:10pm 5/5/19 Maribel Calderon the supervisor of this shift was sent to hear my question about NOT having the chocolate for the dipped ice cream cones for the past 4 days and the rudeness of the Co-worker/Employees assisting myself and my wife in the drive-through , regarding not having any dip chocolate for the dip cones . As a loyal customer to the McDonald’s foundation I did not see customer satisfaction . Ms.Maribel was not wearing employee badge name and stated that inventory was taken two times in monthly also certain merchandise does not arrive when inventory is sent claiming as if it were not her fault . I asked to meet the manager she stated she would not be in until Monday 8 AM so that I can question the discomfort, customer satisfaction in grading and also respectable Service from his/her hire to the McDonald’s foundation , as A neighborhood loyal daily customer I did not see it right that I was given two ice cream that were there melting for 5 minutes by an employee that Maribel told to give for free, I rejected the ice cream cones and asked for and fresh new ones and said no I’ll be paying for theses and will see your manager Monday at 8am if the information that was given is true .

Read moreDon’t visit this McDonalds after midnight. I was just at this location and placed my order as I was arriving Check-In# KN52-HG04LJ Order# KN52. When I got to the window, the staff told me my order was not visible! They could see my name and the order number, but the field to show what I ordered was blank. They said don’t worry, that the order that was missing would be refunded to my bank since it wasn’t finalized, and to place my order again. So I drove around and parked, manually cancelled the first order to be safe, then built the same custom order again. I pulled back to the speaker with Check-In# OG73-XW63XW Order# OG73 and was told the SAME THING. My order NAME and NUMBER were visible, but not my order itself. That was enough for me. I drove off and cancelled the order in the app. (Apparently this McDonald’s was also low-staffed since they were taking a great amount of time to get to everyone waiting at the drive thru! 34 minutes to get through on the first line. 10 minutes in the second line.) Anyone else have this problem? I’m on the most current iOS and McD app, and those combinations worked FINE at other McDonalds locations...
