Ordered the Spaghetti w/ Meatballs, Chicken Pomodoro, and Tiramisu for pick up. Meals were placed in a cardboard box for easy transport. Unfortunately, it was a box for "Italian Style Beef & Chicken Meatballs" so right away I knew the meatballs weren't made in house (pictured). The spaghetti sauce was nothing special, honestly tasted like pre-made sauce you can get at the store. The noodles were not homemade which is fine, but I didn't expect to pay a restaurant to just take pre-made ingredients they bought and throw them together. Could've have had better quality if I just went to the grocery store myself and got the pre-made ingredients. The chicken on the other meal was the driest chicken I've ever had, and had basically no flavor. Absolutely zero moisture even when covered in the sauce. The noodles were alright, angel hair in a pomodoro sauce. That sauce may have been made in-house, but it wasn't super flavorful either. Both meals came with garlic bread, which was standard garlic bread. Not bad, but nothing special. The tiramisu was pretty good, but I don't think it was made in-house. I used to frequent the restaurant a decade ago, so when we wanted Italian food and we were nearby I was excited to go back because the food used to be good. Severely disappointed. Most of the other reviews rave about their pizza, so if you are going to order anything from here I would say give the pizza a shot but avoid the pastas.

I ordered on UberEats, but honestly, the reviews there are fake or someone is lying, which is the reason for me coming to leave this review. I ordered Meat Amore Pizza, Chicken Parm & The ham and salami sub. The pizza was the best thing, so please, when they say order nothing but pizza here LISTEN. The sub was so sad, hardly any meat and mostly bread smh. The chicken parm, which is what I really wanted, was falsely advertised first off. The pictures clearly show a chicken cutlet for both the chicken parm & the eggplant parm, but I got strips of bland, dry, overcooked chicken breast's watery sauce & noodles. Where is THE SEASONING? Also, wherever they are buying their processed ingredients, they suck. I've had jar sauces from Aldi that had more flavor than whatever they're calling this. Ironically, the spaghetti and meatballs and the lasagna have the best and highest reviews on UE? Highly doubtful unless it's dogs with cellphones writing them. Anways basically all my food except the pizza is trash. This place should stick to what they are capable of with better quality ingredients and stop selling pasta if you're not going to put real effort into making it. A shame to the name Sicily , they would stone you in Italy for these atrocities!!!!!!

We went for the first time here to try the food we placed our order and even spoke to the guy in Spanish who was taking our order so they knew we understood Spanish but yet while we were waiting for our food to go the employees which were all guys were speaking profanity very bad obscene language in Spanish and laughing loud us being Hispanics understood every word they were saying my husband had to tell one of the guys who was cleaning tables to tell the guys in the back to have respect for me and our son he did go to tell them because immediately they stopped cursing and laughing we don't get easily offended when someone curses but when someone start using intimate body parts when they curse it's rude especially when there are women and children the employees should have respect for all their customers regardless the language they speak. I will say that the food they sell here is very delicious but maybe next time we will order for delivery because I will not be ordering in person to go or eat there because of thier profanity language and that is the reason for the 2 stars only

I have been ordering here for quite sometime. I would not call this gourmet food but it's usually ok. However Saturday night we ordered and the cook mixed the calzone and pizza toppings up. I didn't even mention how they burnt the food this time. (They usually over cook the food anyway)When we called to correct the order the young lady gave us a 30% off credit on our next order. So Sunday night we decided to go ahead and order again since we didn't get what we wanted the first time. This time they burnt the mushrooms so bad that the breading was crumbling off, and the mushrooms were black on the inside. They only gave 20% instead of 30% and when I called to correct the issue the girl was extremely rude, told me she was the phone girl and doesn't worry about these issues. When I asked to speak to a manager she said there was no one there but the cook. When she went to get him she didn't put the phone on hold and I could hear them talking about me being upset. The cook preceded to tell me that he couldn't do anything but take my name and number and have the manager call me tomorrow when he gets in. So I ended up having to go elsewhere to get something to eat. Worst customer service ever! Worst experience ever and because of it I will not be...
