Alright, amigos, if you’re looking for a place that delivers on fresh flavors and good vibes, look no further than El Imperial. I’m talking tacos that’ll make you question every sad, flavorless shell you’ve ever had. Quesadillas so cheesy they might as well have a Netflix special. Enchiladas that could fuel a repulsor blast and burritos so loaded they’re basically the Hulk of handheld foods.
Let’s not forget the chips and salsa – the real unsung heroes. Fresh, crispy, with just the right amount of salt, and that salsa? Probably made by the same hands that crafted Mjolnir, because it’s worthy of every single dip.
The staff here? Always smiling, always welcoming, like they just closed a billion-dollar deal. And the fact that this place is always buzzing with regulars? That’s a sign, my friend. A sign that you’ve found a spot worthy of your hard-earned pesos.
El Imperial isn’t just a restaurant – it’s a taco-powered paradise, a burrito-fueled dream, and a quesadilla-crunching reality check that life is too short for bland food.
So, if you haven’t been, go. And if you have, you know exactly what I’m talking about. Viva El...
Read moreThe food was okay typical Tex-Mex spot, too many options on the menu. They have a notice on every page they charge .30 cents for a to-go box? Not sure if it still applies but seems dated. The service was prompt and attentive. We ordered chile con queso and the cheese tasted like a mix of queso and kraft slices it was served with jalapenos. Not impressed with the "large" because it was $7 and looked like a small. Glad it wasnt bigger though truthfully because it wasnt anything i couldn't prepare myself and we left it pretty full. Also ordered the Queso Flameado/Chihuahua pictured below, barely touched it because it was obviously greasy beyond measure, they insisted this being a product of the melted cheese and chorizo but even still it was too much. The fajitas and the Melo Burrito plate were fine. Boyfriend complained the chicken was kind of dry but the fajita steak was pretty good, he ate it alone. Tortillas look made in house and had a nice taste and texture. The daiquiri I think ( waiter said margarita later) was great. 2 deep had me feeling extra wavy. Order them, $4 on the weekend...

We went inside and told them we wanted the lunch special that is posted outside for 5.99 they served us our food and shortly after brought us our receipt which totaled to be 18 dollars and some change so my husband asked why our ticket was so much they said in order to get the special for 5.99 we would have to buy drinks (They had already told us when we ordered the drinks came with it) there bagan a little bickering as my husband had went and took pictures of the sign and asked them to point out where it said we needed to buy drinks...they then threatened to call the police..they then let us pay the price we had originally wanted to pay and then we realized they did not even bring us the right food. All in all they tried to rob us they did not bring the right food they over charged us and they where very rude and unprofessional when it came to trying to resolve...
