So, So, So, So, Sooooooo good!!!!! I love them. Let me tell you, next best thing since "Poor Leonards". I wish there was one closer to me. I travel from Spring Branch to you EVERY SINGLE time I want a snowcone. Don't change a thing! Except maybe make a second location on Gessner and Westray... just saying... big parking lot, lot of traffic... hongry, not hungry, people here all the time!!! You would have BANK in your pocket!!!! I’ve been coming here over 10 years and today was the first day I’ve experienced horrible customer service. Super shocked and will likely not come again.

I have to be honest and say that they have amazing snowballs, hence the 2 stars. The best on the north side. But customer service is way more important than anything to me.
