Let me 1st say this was my 1st time coming here on February 19, 2018. There are other Bakery's that are willing to help out the customer IF they can't afford a cake for $100.00 dollars. For example Kroger, and Walmart is always willing to help their customers with getting their cake they want. I bought over a pictures to a person and to see how much it was going to be. But instead she was so rude, and brings another person to talk to me. For what?! You don't understand my English, or Spanish?! Another example I bought a cake that had strawberries that were covered in chocolate on the top, and very similar to the picture that I had, and it may not have been exactly the same way, but I was happy with the result. I only paid $20 for a cake why would I pay $100 dollars for someone to make me a cake at a place like this no boo boo y'all taking advantage of people, and of their money. An for that reason why I give you 1 stars, and because what does pride have to do with helping a customer, or customer service?! 😒 Especially IF you care about the customer, and IF you want good business for the future. But as I see now, you are ONLY thinking about today, and not tomorrow. An I also see how people are talking bad about you on asking a question. Go...
Read moreWaited a little over 15 minutes in line. Granted I understand they're busy so normally I would let it go, but hopefully they take this and actually fix the issue. One cashier was left alone while the other cashier had help, a little weird but whatever. At one point the cashier tending the line started to decorate a birthday cake the client in line asked for. At that point all of them (4 people) were handling a cake situation..so it was very chaotic to watch. No organization at all. Then while tending the line she stops and cleans trays.. they were about 4 people behind me and she stops to clean trays and I would of understood but we waited long as it is and there were sufficient trays there for clients. Advice would be to have someone making sure the lines are running smoothly without all this going on. The 3 people in front of me where all voicing how inconvenient their...
Read moreI am not one to wrote bad reviews but Paco's bakery almost ruined my wedding. Me and my husband went to inquire about pricing and flavors they were very helpful and nice. We were confident that our cake would be beautiful delicious and on time. We set the time for our cake to be delivered to our venue 07/03/21 at 6pm at 7pm we decided to call and we were informed that they forgot to make our cake. My husband spent about an hour outside speaking to the bakery instead of being inside enjoying our wedding. They did show up at 830pm scrambling to set up the cake. It was embarrassing and put a lot of stress on our wedding. The cake was pretty and taste good but the stress put on us on our wedding day was miserable. When we called upon returning from our honeymoon we received a refund for our delivery fee. It was a slap in the face and an insult. I'll never come...
