Let me 1st say this was my 1st time coming here on February 19, 2018. There are other Bakery's that are willing to help out the customer IF they can't afford a cake for $100.00 dollars. For example Kroger, and Walmart is always willing to help their customers with getting their cake they want. I bought over a pictures to a person and to see how much it was going to be. But instead she was so rude, and brings another person to talk to me. For what?! You don't understand my English, or Spanish?! Another example I bought a cake that had strawberries that were covered in chocolate on the top, and very similar to the picture that I had, and it may not have been exactly the same way, but I was happy with the result. I only paid $20 for a cake why would I pay $100 dollars for someone to make me a cake at a place like this no boo boo y'all taking advantage of people, and of their money. An for that reason why I give you 1 stars, and because what does pride have to do with helping a customer, or customer service?! 😒 Especially IF you care about the customer, and IF you want good business for the future. But as I see now, you are ONLY thinking about today, and not tomorrow. An I also see how people are talking bad about you on asking a question. Go check it out.
