Pat's Donuts — Restaurant in Texas

This has been my go-to place for at least three years if not more. It has always been fantastic, until recently. The last couple times the customer service has been lacking, I think the same girl, younger hispanic girl, nose ring, has helped my the last two times last time inside this time through the drive through. She was inside gossiping tell she noticed us in the drive through, no one else in line, no one else in the shop. Took my card inside, came back and said it wasn’t working and asked for another card which I had just used, I asked her to try again and she gave me attitude about it. She closed the window for a minute then opened it back up and said no it won’t work. Went a couple doors down to Shipleys and it worked just fine I guess she just wanted to get back to her conversation. Very sad because this has been a place my family has loved going for so long…probably won’t be back after this...

There are not many donuts that I have met that I do not like. What sets Pat's Donut aside from all others is the friendly staff, the delicious donuts, the selection of kolaches, and the many other breakfast options available, and they are all good. This is the first place that I have seen that sells a venison kolache or a bacon and sausage kolache. They even know the difference between an Old Fashion donut and a plain cake donut! You can even get a good cup of coffee here! It is obvious that others feel the same way about Pat's. I pass at least 3 other donut shops to get to Pat's on 1314, and none of them have the foot traffic and the line at the drive thru that Pat's has. That should tell you everything that you...

I thought was me. I order 3 fill donuts. With my order. Young girl said she will fill them. Mind you it was not even business inside or outside. She didn’t even fill them.
