Phat Boyz — Restaurant in Texas

I really enjoy the food at Phat Boyz but the service sucks. I was on my way to work and called my food in so that I would not be late to work. I was at home in Freeport when I called in for two phat boyz. When I left home I felt confident my tacos would be ready and all I would have to do is pick them up and go. When I got there I let them know that I had a call in order. The lady that was behind the counter just walked away. Another lady came and said I will be with you in a moment. She was doing everything but helping the people in line and the line was starting to grow. As I am standing there, I noticed the cooks had tacos lined up ready to be served. Finally she comes up takes my money for my order did not give me my food or even check to see if it was ready. She proceeded to help everyone else waiting in line. I was not happy cause I had already been waiting a long time and was ignored by staff. So about four of us sit down waiting on our food. A guy walks in, she says, "Hi Bob". Takes his payment walks over to the stack of tacos gives him his food and walks away. I asked her please mam may I get my tacos I'm going to be late to work. She didn't care got an attitude and walked away. Finally a guy walked up from the back and began to grab the stack of tacos and bag them. I was late to work, I waited 20 mins, even though I left home early and I called my tacos in. I really like their food, but I do not like to spend my money where the people treat the customers like trash. Dialed ahead of time and lines were busy as usual and when ringing no one answered and went to their voicemail a few times. Walked in once I arrived and employees were standing by phone not picking up the calls and watched it ring. This would explain my call not being answered. Employees looked bothered when taking my order and one made a comment while placing my order. Making it very clear it was such an inconvenience to them. Tacos were all flipped over making it inconvenient to pick up to eat so all my food fell out. We just recently moved to the area and came across this local eatery. IT WAS PHENOMENAL!! We informed the cashier that it was our first time dining here and she began to give us some insight of the food and what is popular. We allowed her to order for us and so glad we did. We received the Phat Boy burrito which was HUGE and delicious, the fluffy pancakes that came with butter and syrup on the side, and Huevos Rancheros. Everything was perfectly cooked and sooo good.
