Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Texas

Don't know what's going on with the Pizza Hut at 1900 University Blvd but on my most recent trip to pickup my pizza, a young African American employee, perhaps by the name of Arnold (Not certain) asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. When I informed him that I had already paid online, he waited for me to get to the door and loudly made some nasty remark regarding not receiving a tip. I turned around and walked back to the counter and asked him to repeat what he said, which he did not. Normally, when I get a pizza delivered I tip 20%. My point being that I don't feel I should have to tip someone for picking up my own pizza and I certainly should not be harassed for not tipping when I pick up my own pizza. And for information purposes, he did the same thing to the customer in front of me. It is my hope that Pizza Hut will see this review and train their employees to refrain from...

It's weird to do a review of Pizza Hut, but I'm doing it because it was a better-than-expected meal! We got Pizza Hut delivered, so I can't speak to their service or atmosphere, but I can say we got our pizzas delivered quickly through their app, and they were pretty close to hitting the ETA of the order to my door, missing by maybe 2 mins. The pizzas were great! Thin n Crispy Crust Meat Lovers and a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza. Very happy with both of them! But we tried the buffalo wing pieces -- and they were awesome! I was really surprised by them! Good flavor, big meaty chunks of real chicken -- very good! I will definitely get those again. We weren't crazy about the Cinnabuns, however, as they were kinda dry. We'll pass on those next time. But we will be getting pizzas (and nuggies!) from this...

Hello, I ordered pizza. They did not deliver. When I called at store, a person picked up called, verified order and said it’s delivered. I said I did not get it. Can you verify with your drivers. She said No. I asked can I talk to store manager ( Liberty) , she said I am store manager. She said if I reordered, it’s takes 2 hr or will give you refund. Without listening me she cut. I called her again she gave me bad attitude and cut the call. I called 3 rd time for getting refund, she said I need to call next day morning, also she did not want give me confirmation no.
