I asked for a number 7. That is literally the definition of a combo. The cashier asked me if I wanted surf and turf. I said no, just shrimp. She sold me just shrimp and a side. I asked her where my drink is and she insisted I asked for shrimp only. So not only did she refuse to listen when I ordered my food the first time, but she blamed ME for her inability to follow simple instructions. The worst part? She actually made me pay the separate price for my drink. It only got worse when they finally had my food ready. I asked for cocktail. She brought me hot sauce. I reminded her that I need cocktail. She brought me tartar. Someone help these kids learn...

Once again, I didn't receive my condiments/dipping sauces.. Not only that, was shorted an entire order of fries. The service was incredibly slow (per usual) which isn't surprising considering they're always understaffed, however it wasn't particularly busy, and there were atleast three employees visibly working.

I wish this location wasn't so consistently below average all around; I did contract work nearby for a long time so this became an easy option for chicken, but no amount of location convenience is worth disappointment EVERY...

We did takeout from here today for lunch. We ordered Four of the Classic Chicken Sandwiches with two large sides of Red Beans and Rice, and Mashed Potatoes. We also ordered Apple pies. All of the food was very good tasting, freshly made and well seasoned. We will definitely return again and would highly recommend that you visit this location. Great...
