I had a very unpleasant service yesterday 4/17/2022 at 6:17 pm my order number was: 233. After I had ordered the young man that was taking my order asked if I would like a whole pie for half price. I was like Wow ok I’m guessing they are closing early due to the Easter holiday. I pulled up and I asked the girl “I would like 2 pies, 1 lemon meringue, and 1 pecan pie.” And she told me the total. I asked her “Aren’t the pies half priced?” She said no they are discounted. So, I asked for the manager because the young man taking my order said half price and I wanted to know the price and get it cleared up with the manager. And I asked her “Can I speak to the manager?”. She didn’t completely closed the window to her drive through. Than I heard in a loud obnoxiously “UGH!, Oh my God!!” and a young man with the aqua shirt approached the window “Can I help you?” I immediately asked him about the pies, that I was being quoted two different prices and he said “No, they are discounted.” By than I would have just left it alone. But I knew it was him that obnoxiously said “UGH!, Oh my God!” Because it sounded the same as when he was talking. I mean seriously I told him I heard it. And frankly that is not a way to be acting as a manager. If he cannot do his job according on speaking to customers on a daily basis then he idk why he is a manager. But even if the pies where discounted I would had paid that. Because I told the girl in drive through I go ahead and take them and let me speak to your manager. I still wasn’t charged for the pies, and plus I ordered 3 teas and I was only charged for two. We hardly come here, and we love Bill Millers, my husband works on base and was working 13 hours of Clinicals this weekend. We wanted to end the day with BBQ and instead we got a sour taste of an experienced. I hope no one else goes...
Read moreY'all really need to work on your drive through problems. You obviously have a speaker problem as you can't get the order straight. We constantly have to repeat ourselves. Then we're told it'll be 15 minutes wait. No problem. We finally got our order around 30 minutes later. When you tell someone to park out front and there is NO parking left out front to wait, and NONE designated for drive through, it becomes a joke watching the people bring out orders to people when they have NO clue who they're looking for. Watched a guy spend 5 minutes walking all over trying to give out an order. He must have asked the same people more than once if it was their order, going back in and coming back out just to ask the same people. Here's a couple suggestions for you; write down the color of the car, or maybe what kind of car. Here's an even better one; how about ask for a NAME for the order. Wow, problem solved! I understand you get busy, but be a problem solver, not part of the problem. The lady next to us said she wouldn't be back because of the fiasco. As a footnote, we ordered 8 carne guisada and got three bean and cheese instead of all carne guisada. Not sure how that one can get messed up. Nowhere did bean and cheese ever get mentioned by us. I spent a premium price for tacos i didnt get. No hot sauce or bbq sauce either. Thanks so much. I wont ever order a brisket taco again after that fat filled one you gave me on another order. Read moreIf I could give them a zero I would. The customer service was absolutely terrible. Sara A C per my receipt, was so busy talking with the boys working she could not even say hello nothing. Then I was told to pull forward. But to where? I asked because this location parking at the front half is not big so I didn't not want to block traffic and the response was I don't know upfront. Then the kid that brought my food said "you had a number one with the extra crap"... um excuse me this is who Bill Millers wants to be working customer service. (That receipt said bell 1 E). Mind you my extra crap was a bean and cheese taco. When I pulled up there orginally no one was in front of me and one car orginally behind me yet multiple people recieved their orders before mine. But the flat out disrespectful attitudes from both employees was just sad. The manager should be embarrassed that this behavior is allowed. Your employees are a reflection of your leadership and if this is how you choose to run it that's just sad. Then when I tried to call it just rang and rang. I'm extremely disappointed in this company. My family has been going for generations and it seems like it's gone so down hill and now I will not be placing holiday orders as orginally planned and I will be referring friends and family somewhere else.
