to whoever it may concern, I go to the subway for lunch and I just hate to go in there. They always try to tell you what to get oh and this or how to cook it. They are very stingy with the condiments like it’s theirs they don’t take the time they don’t understand. How can y’all have someone working in the register that don’t understand English and that wants to argue back-and-forth with you constantly every time you go in there I am so tired of coming there seeing the same person there and try to tell you what to get like I don’t know what I want already and that’s the only place over there that do you like that the food is lovely but poor management skills communication poor understanding why do I have to argue with someone on my break and why do I have to keep begging for more condiments. This is very sad that I had to come here and make this review but today I just had it. It’s other people that’s like me that don’t have a vehicle to go out and get something else to eat. Some of the bread was very dark so I asked for a lighter bread he pulled out 3 different breads that were still dark I pointed to the on I wanted that was in the lighter side and he rolled his eyes. I asked for a meatball sub and he made a Italian bmt then started to mean mug m when I told the lady I asked for a meatball sub (I couldn’t see when he put the meat on since they covered it with a silver lid) you can’t see any of the meat they have a list of what you can get.them he goes to the cash register to ring me up when the lady that was there was doing it for everybody else infront of me and he over charged me $4 I asked the lady what was the price of the sandwiches and she corrected the price victor has terrible service skills. Read moreWorkers can't be heard when they try to communicate and they usually don't really interact much anyway. They seem to struggle with reading the ticket on an app order. We only use this location because it is very close to us, but it's not great at all.
Today's sandwich, I ordered off the app and my husband picked it up. He watched the guy make it and he originally put on all different kinds of veggies that weren't ordered and they toasted it which I also didn't order it to be. My husband asked if that was for us and told him there shouldn't have been any of what he put on it there. Only meat, cheese, mayo, cucumber and tomatoes and he almost didn't even add the tomatoes after my husband said something again to the guy. My husband said he watched as he kept staring at the order ticket and was looking confused or something.
