Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

This has to be the worst sonic that i have ever been to. They never get my order right. I tonight i specifically told the person ordering my food that i wanted 1 medium chili cheese tator tot, 2 large chili cheese "fries" and 2 medium sprites and one lemonade. I get to the window and she hands me the food but only two drinks. So i had to reuse my card just to order another drink. I asked for a lemonade and she gives me a sprite with a lemon in it. When in the hell has lemonade come to adding a lemon to a sprite. I get home and my son and my daughter has large chili cheese tator tots instead of large chili cheese fries. Another time i was waiting by the monitors to order for 10 minutes before i realized that the monitors were broken. No one came out and told me any different. I will pass on to everyone i know not to go to this sonic. The service is past terrible. What pisses me off even more is that the ticket reflects my order and no one in the place was smart enough to check...

They have the rudest lady working the drive thru intercom. The last 3-4 times I've gone here this week I have caught nothing but attitude. It seems she so busy trying to rush me through my order, she can't even listen to get the order right. She even got an attitude with me when I repeated my order, because she didn't repeat it back correctly. If you try to talk to her, she shuts you down straight away. Not normal whatsoever. Listening and communication are basic customer service skills. How can you give me a service or product if you can't even listen to what I am buying? The sad thing is I think she is actually the manager... Anyway she had an attitude about a special I brought up that I received on my phone.. Because she was annoyed by my request she got the rest of my order wrong... Pathetic and childish...

This is the absolute worst sonic ever. First, I order the number 11 which is the tenders meal. I ask for buffalo and honey mustard and am charged extra because they only offer ranch, BBQ (not honey bbq), and ketchup as dipping sauces. I cancel the number 11 and just order drinks. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION IN TEXAS THAT CHARGES EXTRA FOR SAUCES AND NONE ARE PROVIDED WITH YOUR MEAL. I have had to deal with this EVERY time Ive come here. There is no diversity at all and staff cant jnderstand what you are ordering half the time. Its so close to my house but Ill drive farther for better service. I intend to call their corporate and ensure this is their policy because if so there could possibly be an advertisement issue. You charge me extra when your sign says you offer...
