I honestly hate to give this location two stars. If you're going in person, they deserve 5. They are wonderful. Unfortunately, there is a huge discrepancy in service if you order for delivery through a service. Yes, sometimes it's the driver's fault. But when sizes are wrong, requests are routinely ignored, and items are missing EVERY. SINGLE. TIME (and we order 3-4 times a week), that's not all on drivers. Tonight was particularly bad, as we were missing 4 of our 7 food items. It's typically 1 or 2 out of 11 to 14. The first person I spoke to said they forgot to give it to the driver. Kudos for honesty from him, at least. The second blamed the driver. As usual. However, even if it were on the driver, it could have been avoided by putting the three small bags in the large bags that I know from much experience they have. So no, that cyoa answer does not fly.
Again, in person, they're great. But, as things stand right now, we will not be ordering via delivery from this location again. Especially because the second manager I spoke to not only deferred blame (good customer service doesn't place blame - it looks for ways to fix the problem), but was rude and would not let me speak enough to tell her that the entire reason I called was not to fix this particular order, but to let them know that there is a continuous problem with delivery orders, and that their people need to be trained to fill these orders...
Read moreWe were out and about and taking care of business we were across the street at O'Reilly's Auto parts store and it was getting a little too hot so we ran over and grabbed ourselves a nice ice cold drink my wife had the watermelon sour patch not necessarily for me but it was pretty freaking tasty the service is great the young lady at the window communicated herself very well articulated her words properly was fast and efficient a young lady came out and took her order cuz her headset broke which showed initiative that's something that a manager would do and I don't think she was but if she is great for her if she wasn't nice job that will get you to become a manager nevertheless everybody was friendly and nice and they took special care with us it's great to receive excellent service from a drive-up window sometimes we all know what a nightmare it is it's like that movie dude Where's My Car and then knowing then LOL you get the joke great service five stars fast and friendly service what a refreshing environment from the standard drive up window of rude people that don't understand simple things like half chocolate half strawberry the guy at Jack In The box told me that he can't fill half of the cup on one side with chocolate and on the other side they're going to mix together and so he can't do that LOL you're not going to get those idiots at Sonic you get fun friendly people that know their...
Read moreEduardo is the best Sonic employee of all time, I have been coming here for over 14 years, and I think he has been there the whole time. Everything will be correct of he is there, and last time he even helped me when I thought I had already paid by card, he assured me I did not, and I trusted him and he fixed the issue quickly and showed me where I did not yet pay for the second transaction that day. I can't ever complain when the service is literally perfect, and the employee literally knows the entire menu, computer system, and the restaurant business in general. Eduardo has been there since before sonic changed hands into a company that doesn't even take care of the employees (read about it online, they aren't paying these people enough, especially for how perfect they are). I will only come to this location if it is opened, second to none, amazing value. I think that guy should run the whole company. Great work ethic, great attitude, and never any negativity. Kudos to him, and thank goodness they have him to fix so many problems with the rest of the company (like the faulty card readers, short credit card acceptance time after making an order, hard to order from menus-i think they are banking on "the paradox of choice-I'm a career restaurant...
