Products are fairly decent. However, wait times are ridiculous, customer service is nonexistent, and the store is usually dirty.
I’m a former Starbucks barista. I know the job is hectic and customers can be nightmares. But that’s no reason to treat your customers as if they’re majorly inconveniencing you just by visiting your store. I’ve always been polite to the employees here, I’ve never caused any issues or made any complicated orders, and yet I’m consistently treated rudely when I come here: no smiles, often no greeting, being ignored entirely without so much as a “I’ll be with you in a minute.” The big lady working this afternoon refused to look at me when she gave me my drink and didn’t even bother to make sure the lid on the cup was secure before handing it off.
If this was just an occasional incident, I wouldn’t mention it, but this happens every time I come to this location. I assume I’m being treated this way because I’m disabled? Because I’ve never treated these employees with the same disrespect they consistently show me.
Like I said, I know from experience that dealing with customers can be annoying—but without customers, you wouldn’t have a job!
Guys, be better than this. I’m not asking to be treated like royalty. But a little kindness...
Read moreWe placed an online order, and my husband went via the drive thru to pick it up because he had our baby. The line was long and slow, which is expected. But when he gets to the window to get his drink, the caramel ribbon crunch frapp has whip on it. So he gives it back to the guy in the window (who is very kind and polite), and he gives it to a girl (short with curly hair) in the back to remake. She brings the drink to the window and asks my husband if “he’s allergic or something,” and he says no he just doesn’t like the drink with whip. So she takes the dome lid, and scoops like an inch off the top of the drink and gives it back. The frapp still has whip in the middle.. so my husband asks for it to be remade. The girl remakes it, but didn’t add any of the toppings like caramel drizzle and the extra caramel crunch topping that we pay extra for. Just a basic caramel frapp. The guy at the window was apologetic, but the girl in the back was very rude and made the experience so unpleasant that my husband no longer wants to go to this Starbucks. Two stars because I know there are some good baristas in...
Read moreI would actually deem this Starbucks worthy of a five-star rating because they have always made my drink to Perfection each and every time. However I'm deducting two stars because of one particular employee. He had red hair, it was kind of long and I asked if I still had a birthday reward (May 24th) that I could redeem even though it was a little past my time. I only asked because I was there twice for my birthday week and completely forgot about the reward. He swiped my Starbucks card and said sorry he can't do anything meanwhile acting completely disinterested. I still paid for the drink but then I lost the taste for it after I drove off so I went and got a refund. As a former employee, I know there are multiple ways to still maintain customer satisfaction. If it was me I would have asked to see their ID for their birthday and then I would have made a judgment call based on if they were a regular and how long from the birthday it was. But that's just my customer service. Because of him, I'm deducting 2 stars from...
