I don't write reviews often, but I had to today because of such poor experience with the staff at this location on 6/21/25. I placed an order through the mobile app roughly around 7:45pm near 8pm the app said my order was ready to be picked up so I entered the store right about that time. However, when I arrived only one of the 2 sandwiches was completed. For reference there was only one other customer, but their order was already complete. Turns out the individual that was making my sandwiches was "new" and in "training" but the two other staff members there were not assisting or taking any precaution that the order was being done correctly. They apologized which I was okay with since there was no other customers ordering and I expected my sandwich to be done in a timely manner. I actually ended up waiting roughly 12-15 minutes after the app said my order was ready. I did not enter my vehicle until about 8:15. While waiting for my second sandwich to be made the "new" employee did not notice it stated the sandwich to be toasted and they had already completed it. Since the veggies were on the sandwich already they had placed to the side, keep in mind this trainee was doing this alone with nobody watching or assisting them to make sure they are making the sandwich correctly. Which just resulted in more of my time being wasted and resources as well for this franchise. The employees also started making jokes about "footlongs" and "6-inches" at this time which they joked in a sexual manner. This made me very uncomfortable in the situation. I just wanted my sandwich not an inappropriate joke. They did finally finish the sandwich which I give them props. But overall this was a terrible and disturbing experience. I have gotten food at this location multiple times with no issue. For whatever reason this was the worst customer experience by far. If I could provide the information of the employees working there at the time I would, but they didn't have any nametags on to identify them. The 2 males and 1 female working there did not seem to care which in a customer service job is the bare minimum. I would suggest possibly retraining them since this was a poor experience. I am upset over this whole experience the next time I want subway I'll just go to the one in the Walmart only about a minute away. I've worked fast food before so I understand what the bare minimum should be when serving customers. Read moreMy husband and I went to subway. One worker did the bread, meat, cheese, and toasting as normal, then the other was suppose to put the veggies and let us pay. She took her time getting to our sandwiches which at this point were cold then made my husband's (as you can see I the picture it wasn't closed, she also didnt cut it). He asked for pickles so she also put pickles on my sandwich. I told her no pickles on my so she went to put more. I told her no maam I dont like pickles please take those off atleast. She left his sandwich open, not cut and moved to my sandwich which she piled everyone of my toppings directly in the center of my sandwich. Once she finished mine she shoved his in a bag. She didnt try and close it or cut it. Then she put mine in a bag and started to check us out then just walked off, put new gloves on and started taking someone elses order, while we stood at the check out with our cold toasted messy sandwiches. She had long dark hair and glasses on, the other worker after a few minutes came over and finished out payment process. Once we sat down my husband, who ordered a ft long, noticed his wasn't cut in half. I asked to borrow a knife to cut it and she handed me a fork and spoon, I told her no I need my sandwich cut. She told me to bring it to her, which I did and she started cutting it with chipotle mayo dripping off the knife. I told her 3 times please dont cut that with that dirty knife my husband doesnt like chipotle mayo. A lady in line told her in Spanish to get a clean knife and she did. Then instead of trying to close it she laid the sandwhich halves out flat in a basket because the insides were all over the place. It was the worst experience I've had at a subway and I definitely wont be returning to that subway. I felt terrible for the other worker having to deal with someone so lazy and having such a lack of pride in her work during an entire shift, she was holding up the store pretty much by herself, while the other worker CHOSE who...
Read moreI just called to quickly get a 6 in for my mom who’s a diabetic. To get around the usual “Sloth-esque” sense of urgency for someone one, like my mom who’s blood sugar can violently drop. Whomever was answered the phone tonight 11/25/22 at 8:40 pm cut me off mid-sentence. I barely got “I’m good can I see about getting a 6 in call ahead for my diabet-**” quickly she intervened inserting “umm we don’t do call in orders you HAVE TO DO IT ONLINE…..l CLICK. Like for 3 mins My jaw dropped and I kept staring at the phone like “you can NOT be serious.” I just pulled up the the location because I need the name of the artist who for the first time shocked me to being speechless. Folks-in an economic decline in consumer goods-you better take any order your phone rings with. Or instruct a driving son needing food for his mom who’s sugar is WAY TOO LOW TO PLAY YOUR HIGH SCHOOL ATTITUDE GAMES.” Stay tuned for the update with her name.
Update: She refused to give me her name-when I asked for the managers name her response “They’re not going to do anything to me….” Then I see little kids in the back looking at their mom as she yelled “I’m sorry you don’t know that it’s online-what’s wrong with that? Now you know” I kinda laughed because I asked why you would hang up on your customer after yelling “we don’t take Togo orders-do it online.””? She said “we were busy…..” I look around, there another artist I can see and the two small children and I suspect another artist, sitting on the prep table. 👀👀👀👀 so is that the new busy??
