Let's start with the dirty tables I had to turn down because other than the fact that they needed to be cleaned, I had to walk back to the counter to get handed 7 napkins with which I needed to clean the table that was most cleanest and use what few napkins were left for the meal. Next is the soda fountain being closed off. I can imagine it's for the purpose of limiting people getting bundled up and risking spreading anything more than necessary. This is the first dine in experience I've had where this is a thing; all others have had open soda fountains. On to the inconveniences. I'm not sure if trays are still being used or if I'm just lucky enough to not get one, but I'm pretty sure there was already a procedure for cleaning the trays before redistributing. If there wasn't, then there's a useful suggestion. I've had part of my order be missing after I'm supposed to have everything: that's fine, it happens from time to time. But for the one thing missing to be chips, tortilla chips. The most inexpensive food item, not counting ice, and to need to have the cashier check the receipt to ensure I'm not trying to get away with 3 cents worth of tortilla chips. The cheese was packed, but not the chips? To add insult to injury, it's like the bottom-of-the-bag crumbs was all that was left because calling them chips would be too generous. Circling back to the closed off soda fountain: throw away our cups in order to get another refill with new cups? I'm not upset at the practice, because I do understand the caution. I'm surprised that no one blinks twice at the fact that this is one incredible waste. It's like the time spent not having dine in open was creating a severe issue of not generating enough garbage so to catch up, this was what you resulted to. Maybe it's getting recycled. Maybe this one store has a system setup to not generate as much trash and the cups do get recycled. All I know is, it's practically anti-corporate to be green/recycle and when a company even considers one factor of their everyday business to be positive, it's practically mass advertised. All in all, the experience was more of a nuisance than a terrible experience. But a nuisance isn't enjoyable by any...
Read moreI was in the drive thru at 3:45pm my cashier was Alyssa. I ordered 4 triple melt burritos, 2 bean burritos and 6 crunchy tacos. I received my bag and went on my way back home. on the expressway my son asked for a burrito as I reached in the bag I noticed there weren't any hard tacos. I went back through the school traffic and entered the establishment and asked to speak to A manager. Gerardo answered that call. In the middle of me telling him what happened he interrupted me and said that's irrelevant because I could have already eaten the 6 tacos that really pissed me off and I told him I didn't appreciate his tone and lack of customer service. He said sorry you dont like my tone but you have to deal with it. None the less he gave me the 6 tacos I was owed and i then asked for his superior's information. His name is Albert Barajas. And I will be expecting some action to be taken towards this Gerardo character. He's clearly not manager material. Further more I will never give my business to...
Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE! Went in there to pick up my brother's food and they took so long, when we finally got our food, it wasn't even completed. They have young adults that should get to work. Instead of hurrying up to make the order, even though the order was placed way before, they were messing around in the kitchen and some staring at me. Even the people who barely were ordering got their food faster than I. After so many minutes I finally got the food. They were missing a craving box, so I went inside to tell them. The guy put nachos,a crunchy taco, and just some sauce. A guy came out and told us we were missing something. He took awhile to come back to bring it to us, that we just left. Please work with your young staff, because after this I want to order somewhere else. The MAIN PURPOSE of a mobile order is to get there and have our...
