Taco Bell — Restaurant in Texas

How are you a brand new location with no ability to serve anything fried?? That’s the majority of your menu and any of these “cravings boxes” that you offer. I could even deal with that part if the customer service wasn’t absolutely lacking. I’m usually a drive thru person but I chose to go inside & there is nothing but screens, God forbid you want face to face interaction. When I walked in, there was a worker with two men at one of them mini screen, and she was helping them, but looked at me like it was an issue that I even walked inside. I needed help because I had a question so I had to yell through the kitchen to someone who had a terrible attitude. If it worked for the convenience of this location, I would probably never be back.it was very hot in there and just not a very welcoming environment at all. Do yourself a favor and just drive by and go to another location. They always screw up your food here. This time I just have to leave a review. First I was given someone else’s order had to bring it in. When I made it home the lettuce on my tacos was completely soggy, tacos were extremely greasy and cold, and the nacho fries were cold and half empty. Had to return back. When I returned and before I could finish explaining what happened I was told the food that I received was not returned back when I didn’t even say anything about that. They pretty much told on themselves. Spoke to the manager Jazlyn who was no help at all. She should no way be anyone’s manager. Didn’t even want to make the situation right. I was excited to have a Taco Bell by my house. I went tonight and got a double Decker taco and some soft tacos. The drive-thru guy had me laughing but my issue is when I went home and looked at my food. My taco barely had any meat nor cheese on it. I'm talking like 8 small strings of cheese. 👀 Luckily, I had some shredded cheese in the fridge. I will definitely stop and check my food before leaving next time.
