Walked in and were not greeted, went to the counter to look at the menu and the attendant said "feel free to use the kiosk behind you" except he whispered it and I had to ask him to repeat it 3 times. Stepped up the kiosk and it was not easy to work with. The computer lagged after your selection causing you to hit the screen multiple times trying to select something which cause you to select things you didn't want. It asked what fountain drink I wanted even though the drink station was self serve, it also asked what sauce I wanted even though there is a sauce buffet laid out. 2 completely pointless questions. It then asked if I wanted to join the rewards program, which I skipped, get to the end and pay and there is no option for a printed paper receipt, only text or email. Well I dont want to give out my email or my phone number so you can contact me with marketing nonsense. So I pick no receipt. The front attendant was standing at the cash register(which I don't understand why you have if you ask everyone to use the machine) watching us the entire time. We then asked him if we can get a paper receipt and he replied "we have no way to get you one".... we say ok and ask for our cups, to which he asked us what size.... I said I don't remember what size we choose, and if I had a receipt I could look and figure it out real quick but since " yall have no way to print one" I couldn't do that. He looked at his screen and saw what sizes.... this process of using the kiosk is a giant waste of time, the system is slow, and why have a person stand there and watch us take 5 times longer to order a meal than if he would have just taken our order. I cant justify paying the prices you are charging to go thru the worst fast food experience I've been thru. I Will never be back as long as you continue to pay employees to stand around and watch your customers do everything for themselves. You should be ashamed to put your name on a business that runs...
Read moreI don't even know where to begin; my most recent visit to this Taco Bell location, on Aug 8 5:33pm, was the worst visit I have ever had to any Taco Bell. To start I placed my order in store on the kiosk for 14 items. I was given my order in one bag by a worker later identified as the manager. I found 2 items missing form my order, a loaded nacho fries and a loaded chicken flatbread taco, and the bag ripped dropping my food on the floor. I informed the workers about the missing food and they said they would get the items. I was also approached by the manager asking what was wrong, he was told, and he replied they will get it then he took tape and napkins the the door to stop it from slamming closed. This is important for two reasons, first I am certain that he is the person that made my order, and left out the items, and second the entire time he was messing with the door I never saw him remove his gloves, or replace them, or wash his hands. The problems continued when I got home with my food. The chicken power bowl I ordered with NO Tomatoes had tomatoes, now I'm quite allergic to tomatoes and this was my dinner so I went back to the store. I confronted the manager about my order and about his not changing his gloves. The manager said that he would remake the power bowl but he refused to change his gloves; at this time I would like to point out that I do not know the manager's name because he did not give it nor was he wearing anything that identified him as a manager. While waiting for my food again I watched two other workers leave the food prep area go outside and return to the kitchen without removing/changing their gloves. I wish this was the end however when I returned home with my remade power bowl I found that the manager had left off the black beans and the guacamole. If this was an isolated incident I might not have said anything, but this location is always leaving out items or making things...
Read moreI would give this place 0 stars but they won't let me. EVERY, and I mean EVERY time my husband and I come here they are unable to serve us. They either don't answer their drive thru or tell us their POS is down. I get bad weather making the system not work but come on it's a beautiful night outside. The person working tonight was rude to my husband when he asked why every time we come here they never seem to be able to do their job. Then he just ignored us when we asked for the stores location number. I literally stop by this store at least every other night in hopes that I can get something to eat on my way home after work around 11:30 since they are the ONLY place open around here at this time of night. And as usual, Nothing!! One time they told us they had no employees to work the late night shift and could not serve us food. There have been nights when I have had to work with only one other employee other than my self and I work fast food. My boss would never hear of closing for that reason. You call ppl in, figure it out. How is this location still in business? I've ordered food before and been told they were out of it. Worst taco...
