Well, let me begin by mentioning that Pizza Hut has never been a good place for me to eat. It used to be, well... Horrible! Growing up in NY, you just don't settle for Pizza Hut. Tons of pizzerias to choose from when you're living in NY. I recalled a few times of friends ordering Pizza Hut and it was never good. Ok, back to the future. Wifey says to me, "I used to like Pizza Hut as a kid. Do you think we can go to one soon?" OMG! I am up against the ropes, cornered with nowhere to hide. "Of course sweetheart." What else am I going to say. Don't feel like being in the doghouse and besides, it ain't going to kill me 😩. So, it's Easter Sunday and church just finished. Most of the burger joints are closed and other restaurants too but there it was, an open Pizza Hut. What luck 🫣. At last we're in a Pizza Hut. It's been about 20 years since I ate at one. It was a sit-down restaurant and we were being waited on by an 18 year old with impeccable manners. She was cute and sweet. We were the only customers in the whole place. Her name was Kaitlyn. If nothing else at least the service from Kaitlyn was on time,on point. Wifey ordered a large pie. Why? Half pepperoni, half cheese... I'm not a big pepperoni fan. She ordered it with the stuff crust. I ordered chicken wings supposedly coated in garlic Parmesan. Wifey, who is a bread fanatic ordered garlic bread. Pepto Bismol where are you! Garlic bread was out first. Ok, not bad. Marinara sauce came with it. Oh boy, a few minutes later the pizza and wings graced our table. The wings were crispy and over fried. Most people probably don't like them like that but I do, a nice surprise. Unfortunately the garlic Parmesan was missing. I mean these were supposed to be garlic Parmesan wings but couldn't really taste the GP on the wings. Didn't put enough of it. Never mind, the wings were tasty, not spectacular. Moving on to the pizza part of the meal. Right off the bat the pizza was under cooked. I lifted up a slice from the tray and the front fell over like a drunken sailor off the port bow. If you can't take a slice of pizza and fold it to where it salutes you straight out then you have no bottom crust which means it's not cooked enough. The bottom of the pizza was soft and doughy. Come on man... "No one out-pizzas the Hut?" Change your slogan please! You need to crust the bottom and cook it like a NY pizza. After tasting it, I have to say it wasn't horrible like in the past, but it wasn't good. Too much cheese. Felt like I was stretching silly putty. So, I gently asked the wifey, "what do you think?" She said, "I know you don't like it. It's okay... Not the same taste I remembered." Of course not I thought. We just got back from NY visiting my mom and had a Bronx pizza while we were there...Shazam! Nothing is going to come close to a NY pizza. Well aside from Kaitlyn our terrific server, it was money not well spent. Happy Easter everyone 🙏

Horrible is an understatement. We got there at straight up noon. There were a total of three pieces of pizza on the buffet so before we even sat down, we asked the guy if there would be more put out. He assured us there would be. Well, there were two other tables of people sitting and waiting. We should’ve known better, but we waited too. One table left. They brought out 2 pizzas in 47 minutes. We ate a total of 3 pieces of pizza between the two of us. Threw out, or left for them to put back on the buffet, the pasta as it was old and dried out. We asked again if they’d bring any out and were told yes. We finally got up to leave. At that point, somebody from the back that was extremely loud and very very scary says he’s the manager. Apparently his name is Lance? Told him what the problem was and he said there’s pizza in the back cooking. I said we’ve been asking for over 30 minutes how long does it take to cook a pizza. He said about 13 minutes. I said you have six adults that are still here, two other tables have already left, And you have one pizza in the oven and that’s all you’ve had in the oven since we’ve been here and yet we’ve been here for three times the amount of time it takes you to cook a pizza. He said yes, he’s both Manager and cook because his cook called in sick so he just hasn’t had time to take care of the buffet. Then close it down for the day. Now mind you, there are two different employees sitting out in the restaurant with paperwork and a printer playing on their cell phones. There’s also at least two other people that we saw in and out of the kitchen. And when I told him that the three pieces of pizza that were there when we got there that have now been sitting there for over 47 minutes are still there. He asked me if I wanted to take them home with me since I wanted to ask about them. I told him they are disgusting and I’m trying to point out that you should not have pizza sitting out there for over an hour. he said it was a special order from a customer that didn’t eat it all and he’d be glad to box it up for me if I’d like. Is he serious? He wanted to get in my face and threaten me and then ask that kind of question?never ever ever will we be back!

I had quite the peculiar dining experience during a recent visit to this establishment. To set the stage, I visited this location at around 9:30 pm with a group of 8. We were greeted at the front and were told to sit wherever we liked, as we were the only customers there. A kind man got our drink orders and before we even got the menus, a somewhat older woman came out with a piece of paper that detailed the items that they currently would not make. I found this to be quite appalling seeing that we arrive an hour and a half before the establishment was set to close. throughout our dining we were served mostly by the same kind man as before and I appreciate his friendliness. on the other hand, the older woman was very rude and I was not pleased with her interactions towards our group. furthermore she also messed up one of our member's bill and was rude towards him because of the altercation. Overall this was a less than mediocre visit, and the two stars that I deemed fit for this review are only due to the kind man's friendliness towards us, though unfortunately I missed his name. the photo attached is the paper they gave us which listed the things they would not make at the time of our visit

This Pizza Hut is TRASH. I never review places but I was so appalled I had to. It’s not because of the staff. It’s the manager, I believe his name is Jesus from what I asked an employee. How someone HASN’T fired this man is insane to me. He needs to be reported to corporate! I really hope one of his employees stands up for themselves and does it. While in there, not only was the place ill kept, (I saw TWO roaches) I heard him MULTIPLE times talk down to his employees, making fun of them, definitely seems like he enjoyed degrading them, like somehow his negative words would make them work harder. He's very cocky as well, and let me tell you, has no right to be. He's a short, chunky ugly little thing that doesn’t seem to possess much intelligence himself but after sitting through my meal and hearing his comments, he thinks the world of himself. He wasn’t even helping and there seemed to be a rush. Instead he sat there texting away in his phone while making demeaning remarks. How you can behave as immature as he was while customers are sitting there eating is beyond me. Seems to create a very hostile work environment for the people that work there. Someone needs to put a stop to this tyrant. His impact shows on the quality and service of the food and establishment. Workers seem very depressed, but perk up when spoken to by a customer (at least when I spoke to one asking if they were ok) it’s very obvious it had nothing to do with their innate work ethic but had everything to do with how they were being treated. You’re not a big shot buddy, you’re the manager of...
