Paid $10 for beef and broccoli… look at the attached photo and see for yourself. If you’re a vegetarian I recommend the broccoli beef. Otherwise, it’s tastier and more cost effective if you cook it yourself: 1. Cut the meat super thin, season it, and put soy sauce and corn starch 2. Sear it really hard in oil on a pan 3. Take it all out and pour some beef stock into the pan 4. Season, soy sauce, honey, etc. 5. Mix water with corn starch and pour it in slowly until it gets thick 6. Put the meat back in and mix Don’t be a victim of shrinkflation!!!! But the girl at the drive thru window was very nice and it wasn’t her fault. I gave an extra star because of her

In a vacuum I probably give this a solid 4 stars. However, considering the surrounding area and the amount of more authentic Asian restaurants, it makes it harder to want to come back to America fast food cosplaying as Chinese food. It may be cheaper, but I don’t think that can fully make up for the difference in food quality. Also I would have liked a little more selection, because again the surrounding Asian restaurants have so much more depth in their menus. The food is decent, but not something as great as other places around here.

The taste was not bad, but my teriyaki chicken was really dry, they don’t even send a teriyaki sauce! And my noodles were full of lettuce or whatever this thing is, I literally try to separate them, but still to much and is dry too, i used to like this restaurant, it used to be really good, but not anymore... hope they can do a better effort so I can come back to enjoy the food!

Gross, gross, gross, disgusting, and absolutely incomprehensible. DO NOT EAT HERE. Food inspectors, please visit this location. I literally walked out of here without ordering any food, and I’ll tell you why. After waiting in the lobby (as one of only TWO customers inside the store) for 5 minutes without even being so much as ACKNOWLEDGED, I saw the woman making a batch of food do the unthinkable. As she was squeezing sauce out of its prepackaged plastic tubes into a vat to be placed on top of the frying chicken, I saw her INTENTIONALLY squeeze the packaging to ensure every drop was out of the bad, which then caused sauce to get onto her UNGLOVED hand (pretty sure they cover that little tidbit in ANY food-handlers course). Any responsible, sensible human would then wash her hands and continue cooking. But no, this disgusting human decided to sweep her fingers clean on the vat, ensuring that the sauce would mix with the sauce in the container. This means, whatever poor souls eat the food she made will be washing her literal finger food. I’m sorry, but I don’t think that’s sanitary nor is it even remotely acceptable at all. Did she wash her hands? She may say she did. But let’s be honest…I guarantee a black light inspection would reveal germs on her hands at any given point of the day, which would then make their way into whatever food she’s preparing. I will never ever return to this location, and I hope you don’t either. Nasty,...

This location has the worst customer service. The employees don't even know whats going on. I visited on a Monday evening around 9:00. Someone decided to come out to lock the doors as I got out of my car. I didn't realize they closed the dining room at 9:00, so I called to double check hours of operation. The guy who answered told me that the dining room wasn't closed so I pull back around to the parking lot to go inside, but I had get right back in my car because another guy came out to tell me that the dining room was indeed closed. And I only mention this for the simple fact that I was on crutches and I prefer ordering inside so that I can see what's fresh. So, after wasting enough time, I went to the drive thru. After placing my order, I pull up to the window only to be told that they don't have enough food for my order. I asked why that was when I know they close at 10:00. The guy at the window tells me that the kitchen closes at 9:00, but the restaurant stays open until 10:00. I don't know what kind of business concept this is, but it's ridiculous. They won't be getting anymore visits from this family of six. Shoutout to the Cane's on the corner of 1488 and 2978 for...

I am a frequent customer to this store on 2978. In the past, very nice management, but today, very disappointed. Panda has changed the fresh veggies to some kind of veggie drenched in a salty white sauce. Not a fan and was disgusted. I asked Al J to please exchange out these veggies for the noodles. He said no. I would have to pay if I wanted to exchange and I would have to pay for a medium or large size. I was livid. Never have I been to a restaurant that would refuse to exchange food when you find the quality not to your satisfaction. I was dumbfounded. I had to sit back down and work around this sauce that was now spilled towards the rest of my food. Well, I left the food on the table and told him he can have it and left. I went to this place, seriously, for the past 7 or so years and now I think I will try the new on 242. To management, get a clue, to Panda, please bring back the fresh veggie. The sauce is not working or staff does not know how to...
