If you are picky about steak, I would suggest staying away from it here. It's very hit or miss. One time will be excellent, three times will be average or below. The fFsh Mardi Gras is excellent. The spicy boiled shrimp is excellent. The Cajun Shrimp/chicken Alfredo is good. The service is good if you are in a big crowd and you're drinking. That's what they cater to. The management sucks. Because I am single and this place is so close, I used to go in here a lot. I never got or expected any special treatment at all but one time when the place was empty and I walked in and asked if they could turn on a NASCAR race on just one of the 10+ TVs that they were showing a fishing program on, I was told that they could/would not Not long after that on a Friday night, I got off work early enough to beat the evening crowd, took a shower and hurried up there so I could get home and in bed at a decent time so I wouldn't be so tired when I had to get up at 2:00 a.m. to go fishing the next morning. In a haste, I forgot my wallet when getting dressed. The waitress wanted me to leave my cell phone as collateral for a $15 meal and I told her that wasn't going to happen. She said that she knew I was a regular but people "like me" do this all of the time. I had told her that I forgot my wallet before she even brought my check. I wasn't trying to hide anything. So when she had the manager come over to belittle me, I told him as I had told the waitress, that I was not going to leave my cell phone. He proceeded to say repeatedly "you people do this all the time" then he said leave and never come back and he would take care of my mail. I told him that's not what I was doing and I only lived 5 minutes away in the traffic and would be back in less than 10 minutes with my wallet. He told me that if I came back that he would have me arrested. How simple would it have been for him to take my suggestion and let me write down on a piece of paper that I owed them for that meal and come outside and take a picture of me standing next to my vehicle with the license plate in the picture so he could turn it over to the police if I didn't come back? Pretty simple but they don't want a solution, they want to feel big and bad like the little control freaks that they are. That's why the wait staff there is so afraid of losing their jobs. The managers, or should I say Micro managers are the problem. I went home and got my wallet and came back and paid without getting arrested, can you imagine that?! Lucky for me that I was told never to come back because there are two excellent restaurants on either side...

Honest review. I come here every Sunday for football. Food is great and so is the atmosphere. Highly recommend the chicken tenders. It’s also very clean and well kept up. But I gotta say the staff is just horrible. I’ve had many different servers over this 2022 season and I can’t recall a single one I thought was even half decent. They all look like they hate working my table. I’ve looked around trying to see if it was because maybe I smelled or something lol, and that’s why they didn’t like to serve me. But not only are they like that with every other table, they also stand and talk in the back frequently when many of us would like service. There has been 2 occasions now I’ve had to go up to the bar to ask for another drink simply because my server neglected to come fill mine up or even check on me for an entire hour. There was also another time where I actually had to get up and ask if someone was going to ever take my order. I was sitting there for almost 45 minutes with no server even getting my food order. I get it - I’m there for 3, sometimes 4 hours to watch the games. But if I’m still sitting there I expect to be checked on. And I’m always more than happy to tip a very good amount since I’m taking up one of their tables for half their shift. But service is just so bad it’s hardly worth a tip at all. I've ordered from the Kuykendahl location before with great success. However, my experience at this location was not great.

I ordered from their website (using Chow Now) and the email confirmation said the order would be ready for pickup at 4:52. We arrived late at 5:15 (fully expecting our order to be ready and cold, our fault). The server came out and said they were still working on it (because it was a Chow Now order). I thought ok, not great but maybe we'll get hot food. 30 minutes passed and I went in to check on the order. The server went to the back for 5 minutes or so and came back with our food, stating there was a shift change and the new staff didn't bring it out... We left the location around 5:50

We quickly checked the order and saw two burgers and went home. There we found the food to be stone cold, and the order was incorrect. We ordered two Oh-BBQ burgers, one with curly fries and one with onion rings. The one with rings order was right, but the curly fries one was just a burger with some kind of unidentifiable sauce (maybe beer cheese?).

It could have just been the perfect storm, but we've never had issues at the other location. Needless to say I'll never order...
