I DO NOT RECCOMEND this location of brother's pizza. Rude, waited 2 and a half hours when told hour and a half, cold pizza, didn't ring up the other half if what I ordered and I was basically told sorry you "claim" you ordered it but we didn't put it in. We can make it for you but you'll have to pay for it and it'll be another hour..... and they forgot the other half of the order they did put in the computer. Super rude when I called to ask about the baked ziti and motzerella. Yes I got snappy, but only after the guy answering the phone did. Delivery guy was great though.... but I will drive the 25 min to the one in groans mill that I have gone to for years before moving to 1488 even if I am only 4 minutes away from this one. It you love brother's pizza or want to have a good experience I recommend making the drive to grogans mill. I had to call 4 times to ask about order before half of it arrived. Currently (15 min so far) waiting for the other half...i understand it is Saturday night but you are aware of Saturday night rush and I am unimpressed with how this was handled. Going to call again to see where the rest of the order is..... :/ update: not receiving motzorella sticks and when I asked them to credit the order they said they would come pick up what was delivered and credit then..... you don't have the drivers to deliver my order but you have one avaliable to come get the cold pizza you delivered.... I see a problem here. I'm not waiting around for you to come pick it up. Delivery driver was great but whole experience with this location was horrible.    Read moreI would love to give a 5 star review, however, I can not. I have frequented quite a few Brothers Pizza locations on a regular basis over the last 20+ years. We love the food. I'm appalled at the customer service at the location on 1488. We know it will always take, way over 90 minutes to get our pizza on a Friday night. I order at 4:30 today. I did not order pizza for a reason - every time (this is not a joke), we've had an issue with our order. The wrong pizza, missing subs, the list goes on. We stopped ordering. My daughter loves the subs and I love a good NY cheese pizza. However, today we ordered 5 subs. We received 4 subs at delivery. I called about the issue. I was told it would be out for delivery. I called an hour after calling the first time, they had no clue what I was talking about. I asked to speak to the manager, "He's too busy." "Brian, can you talk?" "NO". WOW!!! I'm just in shock. Then my husband reminded me about the last time we ordered - again missing food. We were told we'd have to pay for the food AGAIN and a DELIVERY charge! NEVER again. They totally screwed up the order. When the delivery guy arrived, first he gave us the wrong order, then he found our order in his car, but the amount on the credit card stub was incorrect. He came back an hour later with the correct charge on the card, and said he 'thinks' the store would be smart enough to reverse the incorrect charge. 'Smart' is not a word I would use to describe anyone working at this store! They of course did not reverse the charge and when I called to point it out to them, the manager started arguing with me!! I gather he was confusing me with someone else they had to credit that day (clearly this happens alot!), and I could not get this guy to listen to me and understand that this was a different customer with a different complaint. He simply would not listen to me. Eventually after several infuriating phone calls, I had to drive over there to straighten it out.
