Te'kilas Mexican Restaurant & Cantina — Restaurant in Texas

Ordered takeout for my dinner tonight just before close. Waitress answering phone and taking to go orders doesn’t seem to speak or understand any English and I don’t speak Spanish. I specifically asked for Ground Beef tacos American style w/ “Ground beef”, cheese, tomato. I had to repeat the specific order several times as she seemed to be be very confused. Got home after $20 (3) ground beef tacos only to get some kind of spongy, very chewy steak tacos that I can’t chew or swallow because of the texture. Extremely Bummed. It’s now after 9:00. We are staying at Sun Outdoors & wanted to try the local dining area. So pleased we did we certainly will return to Te’kilas. We dined outdoors with comfortable fans blowing. Our server Jennifer is so sweet we were served chip & salsa immediately. I asked about the different sauces for my enchilada & she brought out a couple samples for us to try. I loved the Chili Verdi, also had a crispy chicken taco.very yummy! My husband enjoyed.the Pastor street tacos, beans & rice, he highly recommendations this entree. OMG! I'm so glad to discover this awesome restaurant. The service was amazing, the food incredible, presentation spectacular. Unique dishes and even great drinks. I enjoyed the octopus ceviche, surf 'n turf enchiladas, Mexican martini and a flight of Reposado tequilas. They are serving crawfish as well, heard they were the best around this part of town but they were pricey, $13.95 a lb. I will try sometime soon just so I can review.
