Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

Lunch time rush, you should know that your clients are on a strict time limit for lunch just as yall are when on lunch. My husband went to this wendys today for a quick to go order. He arrived, the crew saw him, didn't acknowledge him at all and the cashier was cleaning the dining area to prep for the lunch rush. Well, ten mins pass by and all the crew members saw him and totally showed poor customer service by not even greeting him to begin with. 2nd, it took them about 15 mins to walk to the counter and finally take his order. He ordered a #8, one combo. The crew had about 20 mins time from the time he walked in to the time they took his order to have fries ready and even after waiting 15 mins to get his order taken and another 10 on waiting for it, it still wasn't enough time to drop fries. The attitude on the crew was horrible. They need to be retrained in customer service asap. Total time for a #8 combo was about 30 mins and no fries. They wanted him to wait another 3mins on them and his break was over so he had to leave. ZERO STARS. DONT GO. TERRIBLE AND SMELLS LIKE PISS. Went in, it was not busy. Placed our ordered. Chic hands us our drinks. 20 MINS LATER, they realize they haven't done our order. And manager said sorry. That's it sorry? Now I wasted 30 mins of my life waiting on food. Never again will I walk into that place. NEVER EVER AND ADVISE YOU NOT TO EITHER. They all were checking their phones as if their lives are so spectacular and interesting. B* you work at f* Wendy's sorry to break it to you but your life sucks. So put down your phone and start making my order and making sure that everybody else's order is taken care of as well. Then clean up the place. They didn't even have straws for everybody's drinks, somebody is not doing their job right to not have straws. Recheck your damn inventory list so that way you have straws and you won't run out! And when you're not making food, start cleaning up the dining room area or wipe the counters because everything in their stunk or was sticky, that's terrible management, they should all be fired! I love the seasoned potatoes at Wendy’s! I stop at this location because it’s the most convenient for me. I usually go before 8am. Every single morning I go the same lady is working, she is ALWAYS rude. I’ve order a Large order of seasoned potatoes 3 different times and everytime I checked my bag, it was a small one. The first order I plus was an online order and she apologized. The other times she didn’t say anything.

Usually let this stuff roll off, but today I pulled to speaker and they said something and I ordered and they didn’t say anything. I said hello like 8 times before pulling up. Waited, and she came and just opened the window and looked at me. I said I ordered and you didn’t here me, with no attitude or anything… She said “I asked for your order and said hello hello hello” I said “I was also saying hello” and she just started at me… She didn’t ask if I wanted to order or anything… she started until I told her my order…
