Fajitas Taqueria — Restaurant in Channelview

Been going here for years for lunch I order I pick up . Today I tried the online ordering my order was simple order , plus they automatically charge $1.50 processing charge still I did was east I figured to order online . I couldn’t add my drink so I figured so when I get there . Well getting there I add the girl adds and has attitude I notice , does a whole order on register. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for food I ordered online and said 15 minutes pick up , I asked if adding drink delayed my order she said no by this time I had already paid and added an additional tip over the processing fee . I get back start to eat to notice no shrimp in my quesadilla just cheese tortilla. Called girl same girl didn’t apologize but said if you bring back we change it out again still rude with attitude never have I had her she wears glasses highlighted hair . I guess our dinners and lunches we will just go to Armentas and pay the extra for kindness . Fajitas has changed in...

We got there and waited about ten minutes for the waitress to finally take our order. Once she took our order 30 minutes passed and no food had been brought to our table. A different waitress asked us if everything was ok and we told her we where waiting on our food. They lost our ticket in the kitchen and we had to wait 15 more minutes for our food. Once my plate was brought over it was good at first but then it was not fully cooked. My plate was chicken and you could not eat undercooked chicken. I told the waitress about the situation and she told me with an attitude that the manager is not there and that I still have to pay the full amount. I did not feel like arguing so I just paid the ticket and let it be. The whole time we where there they only had 4 tables with customers I do not understand how sorry there service is with very few people. I wish I could give a negative star to this sorry run down place. Do not go!!! I will never in my life set foot in...

Horrible. They gave us a menu with the wrong prices, continued to say they couldn’t change the prices….brought us jumbo margaritas after we asked for a margarita. (Granted we never specified that we wanted the regular margarita and apparently they automatically bring you jumbo margaritas…the waitress claimed that she told us they came large. I asked her on the spot in front of the manager, and she finally admitted that she didn’t tell us that it was jumbo.) Service was slow. We ordered queso con carne and had to ask several times for the carne…and when it was finally brought out, the carne was a soup that consisted of beef and a pool of grease. We will never, ever eat or recommend this place. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The ticket was 90.00. We could’ve eaten at Salt grass, Texas Roadhouse…. But wanted to try something new. Worst choice.
