I arrived at 5:30 with only one vehicle in front of me. It took a few minutes just to place their order. Once my order was placed, it took about ten minutes for the previous vehicle to receive their order. Once I arrived at the window, the cashier confirmed my order and proceeded with the payment transaction. It then took about five minutes for them to place my order at the window but not give it to me. Finally, another male employee handed me my food and asked if there was anything else I was waiting for. I responded that I was still waiting for my coffee when he gave me a confused look and asked, “have you not received it yet?”. I replied that I have not received it yet while pointing to my empty cup holder in my car. At this time the cashier went to get the coffee which took another five minutes as she went behind to lobby counter to look for something. Finally, she came back to hand me the coffee and asked if there was anything else I needed. My initial thought was, “maybe the last 20 minutes of my life back”, but I replied with a simple “no” and sped off. There were no other customers to tend to and with the exception of the other customer before me, there is no excuse as to why it should take over 20 minutes for a simple drive-through breakfast order. I made an order online 5-7 minutes prior to showing up, and whenever I walked in and told an employee I was here for an online pickup, she said they were just working on it. I then had to wait 29 minutes from the time they received my order, to get my food, and during the 20 minutes waiting there for my food, it wasn’t any better. I saw two employees on their phones in plain sight, one man gotten his order wrong walking in after me, and both managers present weren’t doing anything. I had to get up and ask a manager for the progress of my food just for them to ask if I had told anyone. I told them I did, and then said who I told, and the manager and that employee proceeded to argue in front of me.
With the fact that there was only one guy in dining before me, and one after and one drive-thru, they very well weren’t in a rush. For the time I waited for a single meal that I ordered ahead of time, I am very disappointed. I shouldn’t have to wait nearly half an hour for fast food while there is four in-shop employees present, and two managers on site as well. Read moreI visited the Whataburger restaurant at 15811 I-10 East Channelview Texas 77530 at 4:46 a.m. this morning the cashier was Kevin B he was very very rude very disrespectful and got angry with me and had a very bad attitude towards me when I had to change my order then he tried to charge me for something that I did not have and got mad when I told him or corrected him and he argued with me that I was wrong and it was clear he was in the wrong about the amount I was charged it took at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-through and the biscuits that I ordered were dark brown almost completely burnt hard and just horribly disgusting there's not enough gravy and sausage to wet those enough to be able to eat them and when I got home I was missing one of my sausage biscuit and gravy orders then when I called in the same man Kevin B tried to argue with me about me not having one of my orders and then said can you come back in once again realizing he was in the wrong I was very upset and it was very stressful and I am just displeased with his actions and I was scared to even accept the offer for me to come back and get my meal scared he was going to do something to it...
