I had received under cooked shrimp, with very mushy breading and it was just undercooked overall. A few hours later I called when I had the chance to let them know what I had received and If there was anything that can be done. The manager I spoke to said she would write my name down and basically give me credit for the order to be made a different day and I was more than happy with that. However upon trying to call ahead and let them know I was gonna stop by to collect my order remake, the staff was trying to charge me for EXACT same order they had prepared incorrectly and serving raw and undercooked food. My order was to be entirely remade just how I ordered it, including the extra condiments I paid for and extra seasoning I ordered on my fries. Like why am I being charged for condiments I already paid for the first time, condiments I couldn’t even use the with the first order as once again I was served RAW shrimp. I wouldn’t have even bothered to make a review it’s not even that entirely deep, but it’s the fact that after getting there in person, Maggie the Store Owner, has got the rudest and most unprofessional attitude. I can tell dealing with and handling customers is not her strong suit. Making sure customers leave satisfied and happy is key to owning a business like this, and she does not know how to do that, especially after serving a guest undercooked food. Maggie is rude and needs to reevaluate her choices, this was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Especially as I loved to come here for the wings, funnel cake fries, and even shrimp baskets, like I said if she was never rude this wouldn’t have...
Read moreFirst let me say that this place has great food. When I moved to Seagoville it seemed like a nice place, however I’ve never encounter so many rude people in one establishment. the first time someone was rude to me at the restaurant I shrugged it off as them having a bad day and didn’t think too far into it. This time it was the manager who was rude, and the crazy thing is, I didn’t ask for the manager or really even see the need of the manager getting involved with the transaction. Everything went smooth the CSR took my order, she was very pleasant and nice, she took my card charge me and everything was fine. It was raining so I asked her to keep the card and give it back to me when she was going to hand me the food. But the manager Katie felt the need to come to the window and Yell at me, and tell me that she was about to go home and that she couldn’t wait to give the card back. but I was never dealing with the manager and either way I was still going to be there waiting for my food some one else still could’ve given the card back with the food. Long story short I asked for my money back and I’m never returning to this place again. I spent $72 for 35 piece wings and a hamburger like I normally have whenever I go to this place. You would think people would cater a little bit better to people who always spend close to $100 every visit. Maybe that’s just in my mind. I just went to Wingstop instead and received better exciting and energetic...
Read moreThis is one of our favorite local eateries. However, tonight we called in an order for our daughter to go pick up as we have many, many times before. The individual taking our order asked for our card number and as my husband was giving it to him thinking he was running it for payment, something triggered him to ask if he was writing it down or running it in the system. He said he was writing it down. He immediately stopped giving him the number and said he wouldn’t give him the rest of the number that it was too risky to not know what might happen to the piece of paper he was writing it on. He said he wouldn’t be able to place the order until we arrived and paid for it, which made no sense because the order would have been placed if we were paying cash when we picked it up. This makes no sense. Asked to speak to the manager about their “policy” of writing down credit card numbers and the on duty manager wouldn’t talk to him. In the end, we found out they have an online ordering process that we should have been directed to in the first place if that’s how they prefer credit card orders to be made. Be careful if you are calling in orders and they are asking for your card number. It may end up in the wrong hands. Disappointing if this is businesses policy to write down card numbers with all the fraud that takes place. Your putting yourselves out there for...
