Very over-rated & over-priced. If you want your $ worth, keep driving. Their long lines are probably mostly new customers. This place is all quantity and none on quality, forgetting what got them popular to begin with. First impression..at their window i'm greeting by this older lady with glasses who has a bad attitude or had a bad day. She denies my small request of having the raspa with half the amount of mangos, says, no we don't do that. I receive the raspa and the presentation is awful. Right away, the ice is dry but i give it a try. And nothing comes out of the straw except some pathetic small stream that drips out. They put about 5 pieces of small mangos on top. Not being sarcastic. And i call to speak to some man to suggest they add more juice next time and he, like the older lady, replies sarcastically with "okay, come back." Didn't bother to say sorry or anything. They lack basic customer service skills. Very unfriendly and uninviting. Maybe they'll be more friendly when they realize all their customers are leaving. I went to buy a manzana preparada and nachos for my 4 year old son, I specifically said no Jalapenos, they gave me nachos with jalapenos, when I told them they told me to just take them off. I told them I wanted a new one since it had jalapeno juice on it and they took it in and they closed the window. They gave me what I assumed was a new order of nachos. My son complained that they were spicy on the first bite and in the bottom under the cheese they had left a few jalapenos. They just took them out!!!! Mexican snack shack. ElLotes were tough and we waited 20 min for them, they weren't worth waiting for. Clamato was good with shrimp. They should have told us that they didn't have the corn available rather than give us nasty tough corn. And they didn't give is the quantity ordered but we didn't realize until we got home and we were not happy with the quality anyway so we didn't want more. We threw out the ones we didn't open bc they were so terrible. Must have been a bad day for them bc I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be in business if this is how they served customers.
